Our standout features include a balcony providing remarkable Gulf views, unbeatable proximity to the beach, and easy access to fantastic dining, boutiques, live music, and more—all within walking distance. The open floor plan is perfect for a comfortable stay that accommodates up to four people.
AviaVista is equipped with Wi-Fi, a top-quality king bed, luxury sheets, and a clean environment. The condo is spacious enough for a couple and 2 children or elderly guests, accessible via a ground-floor elevator with no stairs. The kitchenette includes utensils, a K-Cup Coffee Maker, plates, glasses, a microwave, a toaster, and a fridge/freezer. Free parking is available in the complex, with direct access to the beach. The community laundry room is conveniently located in our building for guest use!
Gulf Place offers walking distance access to some of 30A's most popular spots, including Shunk Gulley, Perfect Pig, Shelby's Beach Bar, Sunrise Coffee Shop, Pecan Jack's ice cream, and the new Papa Surf's Burger Bar.

Guests are given unique numerical door codes for their stay.

Bedding linens, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths- Please do not take our linens or towels to the beach.
An initial supply of paper products: toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, shampoo, dishwasher soap, and trash bags.
CANCELATION POLICY: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
Accidental Damage Protection: Your Admin Fee includes an accidental damage protection plan. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for paying if there is accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, and/or damages caused by pets. All guests will also be required to provide a credit card for damages that exceed the protection limit or are not protected by the plan.
The primary Guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter's Agreement and upload a copy of their ID.
