Easy Breezy is a beachfront duplex with a total of 18 bedrooms and two private pools. This lovely Gulf Shores beach house rental is just steps from the sand and the ocean. Guests will enjoy the breathtaking views along with the convenient beachfront location.Each side of the duplex has 9 bedrooms and 9.5 baths and sleeps a total of 22 people. The entire vacation home sleeps 44 people, making it a very popular rental house for large groups.

The home is 3 stories and has spacious balconies on all 3 levels. There is also ample parking, WiFi/Internet, Cable/Satellite, and much more.

This property is equipped with a security system and exterior security cameras. The security system is not operational during the rental period. The cameras should not be relied upon by guests for personal safety or security and/or the security of belongings. These cameras are to monitor entry and exit doors of the property and do not in any way compromise the privacy of guests within the home and/or pool. Owners may use the cameras to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Any tampering or damage caused to the security system or cameras by guest(s) may result in additional charges.

Easy Breezy Is located out towards Fort Morgan. Many beach houses located around this property with private beach entrance. Very secluded beach area free from the busyness of the tourist area.

Personal vehicle transportation is recommended. Property driveway is available for parking.

Reservations must be a minimum of seven nights during peak season, certain holidays, and special annual events, such as spring break and fall break.
From March 1st to April 20, both sides of Easy Breezy MUST BE RENTED TOGETHER
From May 18th to August 10th, both sides of Easy Breezy MUST BE RENTED TOGETHER
We sometimes make exceptions, so please call us to rent just one side OR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED.

EVENT POLICY:
***If a property is used for an event, an event fee of $1,500 for additional usage and wear and tear will be added to the normal rental rate. Guest is responsible for informing Gulf Shores Beach Life LLC of any events that will be taking place during their stay. The following conditions apply:
- You are responsible for contacting the City of Gulf Shores to obtain and purchase a permit for weddings inside city limits.
- Any gathering over the occupancy limits of the property must receive prior approval from the Owner.
- No more than 50 persons may be on the property for the event and no more than the normal occupancy limit may be in the property at all other times.
- The event must take place outside the home.
- If you contract an outside company to facilitate your event, they must be bonded and insured.
- There must be a plan for adequate sewage and sewage removal on site. (portable chemical toilets).
- A plan for extra trash/garbage removal from site.
- A plan for parking and shuttle service, if needed.
- A plan in the event of inclement weather.
***If it is discovered that a wedding or other similar event is or has occurred while under this lease agreement, and on which no event fee was paid, the tenant shall be required to pay such fee and pay an additional penalty of $250.00 for such infraction.

All reservations will be required to sign a rental agreement form with seven days of initial reservations. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of reservation.
