LemonShellO is a wonderful home with 8 spacious bedrooms, each with a private bath and Smart TV. There are 6 King bedrooms, 2 that each have a pair of Queens. 4 King bedrooms are beachfront with beachfront porches. All bedrooms have private baths, and HDTVs. The open floorplan is perfect for a gathering of family or friends.
The large great room has tons of seating for everyone to be together, and opens to a beachfront porch and your own private pool. The kitchen has 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 stoves, 2 microwaves, 2 ice makers, and a tremendous amount of counter space so you can comfortably cook for a crowd. There are laundries on the second and third floors.
Enjoy a wonderful private pool on the main level deck so it has amazing views and easy access for your family to enjoy in the sun or shade. The dune walkover takes you right to the sugar-white sands of our emerald coast beach. There is a new hot tub on the private ground level deck, with steps leading down to a seating area and fire pit that is the perfect outdoor gathering spot in cooler weather.
LemonShello is located about 2.8 miles west of Hwy 59, a few hundred yards east of Lagoon Pass which offers great fishing as the tides flow in and out of the lagoon. You'll be close to restaurants & shops but away from condos & crowds. Sorry, we are not able to rent to groups under the age of 25.
