Great location, condo full stocked, beautiful view
This condo is fantastic and we had a great stay overall. I did want to provide some feedback for management at Summit Rentals and Crystal Peak Lodge to tighten up the experience for future guests. There was incorrect information provided for WiFi password which we figured out eventually on our own. The password is case sensitive and the handwritten password by the TV was not correct. Several days later we found a different case sensitive password in the kitchen which worked. The key code password provided in the checkin information for the ski locker was not correct. Had to go front desk to get the updated passcode. Smoke alarm detector sounded off at 7am Friday morning. Called Crystal Peak Lodge concierge 24/7 phone number as front desk was not staffed. Staff said someone would be on the way. My wife, son and I waited 30min in the main lobby And nobody arrived. Called back and was informed staff was stuck in traffic and were not on site. I did not call 911 as there was no smoke smell. Assumed a glitch of some kind. Talked to Summit Rentals and they said someone would be out to the condo while we went skiing. Instructed to silence the alarm and pull the battery. Came back that night and smoke alarm was beeping every minute. Nobody from building maintenance or Summit Rentals came that day. I put battery back in to silence the beeping. Smoke alarm sounded again at 4am and had to silence the system and pull battery out. Decided to leave to airport early with family.
