The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning, however fans are provided to help with the heat.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!

You'll have full access to the entire property including a double car garage during your stay with us! Feel free to stay in and cuddle up on the couch and enjoy complimentary Disney+ or head out and enjoy the many activities Edmonton has to offer.

Interaction with guests is important to us. While we do not live at the property, we are readily available to help and assist our guests to ensure they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Getting around from our home in downtown Edmonton is a breeze! With LRT stations just minutes away, you'll have quick and easy access to all the best destinations in and around Edmonton. Whether you're headed to the office, exploring the city's attractions, or just running errands, you'll find it simple and convenient to get where you need to go.

Additionally, there are plenty of public transportation options available from Edmonton Transit Service (ETS), Taxis, Uber and if you’re feeling adventurous try an electric scooter from Lime or Bird.

So no matter how you choose to get around, our location downtown makes it effortless to see and do all that Edmonton has to offer!

A security deposit of $500 CAD will be collected prior to check-in. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization and will be automatically released after check-out (granted that there are no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.

There are exterior cameras at the front, side & back of the house that record to the cloud 24/7 for your safety and security purposes.

Our home is equipped with a noise monitor that measures the decibel levels inside the house. Please note that the monitor does not record any conversations or sounds. Its sole purpose is to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone in the property. We kindly ask our guests to respect the noise levels and keep any loud activities to a minimum. In the event that the monitor is tampered with, turned off, or removed, we reserve the right to terminate the guest's stay immediately without refund. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests.

There is a keyless entry to the home in which you will be provided a unique code to access the property during your stay.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

We adhere to our posted cancellation policy. Please read and understand this policy before booking. To protect yourself from non-refundable last-minute cancellations, consider purchasing travel insurance for the desired level of protection.

We are committed to protecting our properties, which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, a leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Before your booking is confirmed, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
★ This is a NON-PARTY home. If we discover an
unauthorized party / event happening at the
property the booking will be immediately cancelled
and no refunds shall be given.

★ Our home is equipped with exterior cameras that
record to the cloud 24/7. If they are tampered with
in any way during your reservation your booking may
be immediately cancelled with no refund given on
the booking amount or the security deposit.

★ Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, hookah, and incense
are strictly prohibited in the property.

★ Glitter, confetti, and streamers are not permitted on
the property.

★ Please return the garage door opener - a $150 fee
will be charged if needed to be replaced.

★ All guests must be declared on the
reservation. Any additional guests that arrive without
permission will be vacated off the property for
trespassing. Any unregistered guests will be
charged a $50 additional guest fee per person.

★ Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house
is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out
procedures prior to departure.

★ If the property is not vacated by 10 AM, a late check-
out fee of $50 will be applied for each additional 30
minutes.

★ Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for
immediate termination and removal from the
property without a refund from Benaiah Security
Ltd. who acts as an agent of the property.

Edmonton get away

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again! Pros:•Very clean•Modern decor•Having a garage for both vehicles in the beastly cold was great!•Two different living spaces and kitchens was nice for six adults•Convenient location close to local attractions and restaurants.Additional notes:•Beds were very firm, and the pillows didn't provide much support. As a future upgrade, maybe consider adding mattress toppers? Toppers can be removed for those that find them too much.•We made a lot of our meals (cooking for six), so it was nice that there were several kitchen appliances and pans. However, none were itemized in the listing, so we ended up bringing all our own stuff because we didn't know. Other listings provide itemized lists or at least pictures of small appliances and staple food/spice items. That would have been helpful.•We forgot to bring cards, dice, and games. There were some games provided, but they were for children.

Wonderful place to stay

We stayed at this property for an olikings game and hospital visit to Royal Alexandria. This property was quiet and new so very clean. It had everything we needed and the hosts were fabulous! It is very close to everything…the mall, stadiums, arena, hospital, Nait and it had great parking for what we needed. I would stay here again if I came to Edmonton.
