Grill out & cook a meal with loved ones. Play a friendly (or competitive) game of Basketball, or on the Multicade. Watch a movie in the Theater Room with a 75” Smart TV. This property is tucked away while only being less than 10 minutes to the parkway!

Common Areas:
• Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Lounge Area on the lower level.
• Queen Futon in the Living Room on the main level.

Other things to note
- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

- Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.

- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.

- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.

- No RV or Trailer parking.

- 4WD or AWD is only necessary for winter months due to the steep gravel driveway.
