A brand-new washer and dryer are now available for your convenience, and the home is furnished with all-new pieces, adding a fresh, contemporary touch to every room!
Upon entry guests will notice the master suite. This bedroom is fully furnished with 1 brand new king bed with dream cloud mattress, two nightstands on either side of the bed with lamps, large dresser and closet for storage. Guests will love the vaulted ceilings, skylight and large space this room offers. From the master bedroom you can access the jack-and-jill style bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower combos, vanity, and mirror.
Across the hall guest will find the half bath. This bathroom offers perfect access for convenience from kitchen and living room.
Beyond the hall is the kitchen. This beautiful kitchen offers full size appliances, stove and convection oven that can also air fry, a new fridge, dishwasher, microwave, dual Keurig, plentiful cabinets with lots of storage space, a pantry and a breakfast bar that can seat up to 3 guests!. For guest who prefer to eat out there are many dining options within a short ride from the condo. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery. Myrtle Beach and Surfside also offer food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash.
Just off from the kitchen is the spacious living room. The living room features a two new sofa's that both convert to beds with upgraded memory foam mattresses and mattress toppers, a large flat screen TV, end table, coffee table, small table and chairs, two wardrobes for clothing storage, and access to the balcony. The balcony offers great views of the gated pool, palm trees and family grilling area. Also located on the balcony guest will find access to the laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests can expect to arrive to 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom, as well as all linens and bedding. Additionally, our guests will have access to basic cable and wi-fi!
It's important to note that guests will have access to two parking spaces. One vehicle can be parked in the lot assigned for the building, and the other can be parked in the overflow lot. Trailers, oversized vehicles, motorcycles, boats, are not permitted. Golf carts, mopeds, and bikes are permitted, but count as 1 parking space.
This is not a pet friendly rental! Guests found to have brought a pet with them during their stay are at risk of being fined or evicted.
Pest control takes place on a routine basis, taking place on the 3rd Thursday each month. The HOA requires access to the property for routine pest control. Denying access to the vendor could result in a fine of up to $150.
