Welcome to Casa Del Sol! Sit back and enjoy your vacation at this quaint and cozy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home, equipped with its own picturesque beach access and everything you'll need to make your vacation unforgettable. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee overlooking the Gulf of Mexico from the top balcony, or cozy up with the rest of the family downstairs from the outdoor sitting area.

This beyond charming cottage sleeps up to 10 guests and is the perfect vacation hub for family and friends looking to catch some sun rays!

Kitchen: Equipped with stainless steel appliances, ice/water refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, double-basin sink, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, and a toaster.

Dining area: A quaint dining table that sits 4, plus 4 bar stools to sit at the kitchen counter island.

Living rooms: There are two separate living room areas. Upon walking into the home, to the right of the stairs is a smaller sitting area, equipped with a loveseat, 2 armchairs, a TV, an ottoman, a ceiling fan, workout equipment including dumbbells, and a Total Crunch hydraulic exercise machine.

The largest of the living room areas shares an open floor plan with the dining area and kitchen. There's a large sectional couch, 3 armchairs, a TV, and a ceiling fan.

Bathrooms: There is a bathroom on the first floor and one on the second floor, both have a tile-standing shower, toilet, and sink.

Bedroom #1: Upstairs with 1 queen-size bed, armchair, bedside tables and lamps, wall-mounted TV, closet, ceiling fan, and even a treadmill! A single door leads out to the back balcony with seating, overlooking the backyard and beach.

Bedroom #2: Upstairs with 2 full-sized beds, nightstand, dresser, ceiling fan, and wall-mounted TV. A sliding glass door leads you out onto the back balcony shared with the master bedroom.

Bedroom #3: Upstairs with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, dresser with bedside lamp, and a ceiling fan. A single door leads you out onto the front balcony with seating.

Laundry room: On the main floor with a washer and dryer, plus a table that can be used as a folding table.

Backyard: Fully fenced-in with a simple white picket fence. Outdoor seating includes outdoor sectional, 8 total Adirondack chairs, 4 of which reside under your private pavilion, and 2 positioned to face the beach. Sanddollar step stones lead you right to the gate to your very own beach access trail, just steps away from the sand!

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Parking:
This unit provides 3 parking spaces.

Within the quaint town of Indian Shores, you will find some of the best local restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, and local beachwear shops as well as fiery sunsets. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, pristine beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US. Just to the North is the cute town of Indian Rocks Beach featuring many local shops and stops. Mc Gough Nature Park is just over the main bridge, Walsingham Bridge and the park features wildlife such as owls, bald eagles, hawks, turtles, and more. Walking trails, playground with zipline, shelter houses, and restrooms. Local orange store Yellowbanks is just up the road from this park, it has Florida-grown citruses, juices, and fresh orange ice cream. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and Downtown Disney are just two hours away.
