Rideshares: Uber and other rideshare programs are actively servicing the area, offering quick and convenient transportation options right at your fingertips. Whether you're heading to a specific landmark or coming back from a late-night outing, you'll always have a ride ready.

Parking: If you're driving, you won't have to fret about parking. Multiple paid parking garages are situated nearby, providing secure spots for your vehicle.

Combining public transport with rideshares ensures that every corner of Cleveland is within your reach, making your stay both enjoyable and hassle-free.

Tower City Center Garage Rates (Please note that prices may vary):
Up to 1 hour: $6
1 to 4 hours: $10
Over 4 hours: $16 (daily maximum)

Time resets after 4am.
If parking continues, a new daily rate will apply, up to another $16.

Your health and safety are paramount. We adhere to a rigorous cleaning regimen after each stay. If your desired dates are booked, please check our profile for more offerings. We appreciate your understanding.

GUEST VERIFICATION PRIOR TO STAY IS REQUIRED.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID and confirm your contact information.

By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:

« You agree to be bound by our house rules and associated fees with any broken rules.

« You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.

« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification.

All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking.

Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.

Pets are allowed, but size restrictions apply, with a limit of 50lbs. Please inform us in advance and be transparent about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. Please note that there are additional fees associated with bringing a pet, separate from the cleaning fees. These fees are as follows:

1-4 Nights: $25 Per Night
5-29 Nights: $200
30+ Nights: $300

Please note that there is a maximum of 2 pets allowed, and only cats and dogs are permitted. If discovered afterward, these fees will double.

In addition to your initial reservation costs, all fees for extra services, accommodation charges, and any other payments made during your stay are strictly non-refundable.
