Haben Sie ein Budget wie die meisten von uns und es satt, mehr als 1.200 USD für eine wöchentliche Wohnung am Meer zu zahlen? Suchen Sie nicht weiter. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 8. Stock eines 8-stöckigen Gebäudes. Es ist ein 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, die maximal 6 Personen passen. Es ist auch so, als würden Sie mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern und vielem mehr zu Ihnen nach Hause kommen. Sie brauchen nur Ihre Zahnbürste, Sonnencreme und Badeanzug. Die Küche verfügt über einen großen Kühlschrank, einen Backofen mit Herd, einen Geschirrspüler und eine Mikrowelle und ist komplett ausgestattet, um eine Mahlzeit zuzubereiten oder einen gefrorenen Cocktail zuzubereiten. Auch im Urlaub ist es schön, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in der Anlage zu haben. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und Sie fühlen sich wie am Strand. Wir sind stolz auf unsere Wohnung, daher ist das Rauchen in unserer Unterkunft (einschließlich des Balkons) nicht gestattet. Haustiere sind von Mietern verboten. Der Komplex verfügt über WIFI, so dass Sie im Internet surfen können.

Unser Vermietungsmanager ist sehr freundlich und steht Ihnen während Ihres Aufenthalts mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Parken ist kostenlos und Boote und Jetskis sind erlaubt. Die Anlage wurde erst kürzlich renoviert und nebenan befindet sich ein Restaurant, in dem Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten am Strand genießen können. Das Anwesen verfügt über einen Pool und hat viele Stühle und Sonnenschirme am Rande des Ozeans.

Es gibt viele andere Dinge zu tun, als sich an unseren weißen Sandstränden auszuruhen. Sie können an Land oder vor der Küste angeln, am Inlet Parasailing betreiben oder Surfunterricht nehmen (um nur einige zu nennen). Kann Mickey nicht vergessen !!! Disney ist weniger als 1 Stunde entfernt, ebenso wie Epcot, Universal Studios und das Kennedy Space Center. Für alle Rennsportfans ist der Daytona International Speedway nur 15 Minuten entfernt. Habe ich erwähnt, dass wir die besten Fischrestaurants der Stadt haben? Nichts ist vergleichbar mit einem frittierten frischen Fischsandwich mit hausgemachten Zwiebelringen, während Sie die Flussbrise genießen. Auch wenn Sie einen Babysitter benötigen, können wir das auch zur Verfügung stellen.

Property needs attention

Mold on bottom of drapes, outlets need covers in some areas, 2 miniature bars of soap and only 2 rolls of toilet paper insufficient. The unit didn’t feel clean. Feet got dirty walking on floor. Artificial fragrance in bedroom was annoying. Mattress was hard. The unit didn’t feel cared for.

Good, but needs improvement

The property was the best part. It was on the beach, eight stories high. It was well supplied, with a good management staff (who were not with VRBO). The main problem with the property was comfort. The bad matrasses on all of the beds were some of the worst (rock hard) we have ever encountered. It was impossible to have a restful sleep. In addition, the large screen in the living room was not connected to any source of content. Thankfully the TV in the master bedroom worked fine.So, this property scored 3 out of 5 from us. A beautiful venue with unacceptable comfort elements.

Gorgeous location on the 8th floor overlooking the beach!

We loved the building amenities and the location! We saw flocks of pelicans soaring by at the level of our balcony. The property manager was very receptive to all of our requests for various items either missing or needing replacement. It needs a bit of sprucing up but there’s nothing out there that comes close to the cost and location!

If you, like me, want to park and walk then this is your place. If you care more about WHERE you stay instead of how you stay, this is a great place. PLEASE get rid of the chair, it is flat out gross.

Great Property

The unit is in a great neighborhood, right on the beach and within easy walking distance of Flagler Street and its many restaurants. The unit is spacious with more than enough room for my family of four adults. The check-in process was very easy and the unit owner was very responsive to our questions.

Family Reunion

This is the perfect condo in the perfect location! Loved the views from the balcony and south facing windows. Very comfortable king bed. I was there for a family reunion: we had 6 condos in Oceania Beach Club: 25 people, seven of them were children under the age of 7…perfect place for all! And walking down Flagler Ave, which is right there, is the best! This is not our first stay at Oceania as it’s just the perfect spot! I would like to suggest some detailed instructions on how to use the tv’s as I never got past one channel in the living room. Also, there is a horrible odor from kitchen sink drains, but that’s an easy fix. All in all, it was a lovely accommodation and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!

Great location. Wonderful stay

The location could not be beat. We loved the closeness to Flagler Ave and the view of the ocean was perfect! We had great communication from the host when a slight problem arise. It was dealt with very quickly and professionally. The space was clean and well-appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and bars ocean view of course was amazing Upon arrival the condo had not been cleaned because of a scheduling mishap Melinda contacted cleaning service and solved the issue while we explored the area Once we settled in was adequate we did find a few things that need to be replaced a beach towel with a hole in it and a wicker chair on the patio was rotting with 2 legs missing couldn’t be used All in all I enjoyed my stay

The location on the 8th floor corner unit is great. This is the second year my brother and I were able to view a launch from the balcony. The moon was right in front of us and although waning, it was red as it rose and quite a beautiful sight. This is our choice when going to New Smyrna Beach. Thank you.

Location, Location, Location

This property has the best location near and walkable to restaurants and fun and Flagler Avenue. The beach front view is fantastic. The condo has everything you need as far as ammenities. The decor and condo is a little dated, but clean. The negative side is that you have wash and dry any beach towels you use. Also, DON'T leave your car unattended until you get a parking pass from the front desk. The towing company will tow the car whether you've been there 1 minute or 20 minutes. It happened to us. The property owner is currently in the process in getting us a refund for this ridiculous and seemingly unlawful situation. Fingers crossed.

Definitely a great location….

This place definitely trades on its location. The walk to Flagler ave and all it has to offer is less than five minutes. Also the view of NSB is fantastic. Upon arrival, everything looks acceptable. But as soon as you drop a toy on the floor near the couch, you begin to see the truth; Only the readily visible areas have been cleaned and much of the condo is falling apart. I’m not saying that the owner should break the bank to turn the place into a luxury condo, but when the cabinets (both kitchen and bathrooms) have taken on more water than the Titanic, it’s time to update. Loose electrical outlets, broken dining room chairs. Melynda is a very responsive owner, and I have brought these issues to her attention. Hopefully, as she said she would, she will handle it and make it right for future vacationers.

The cleaning people were there when we arrived at 5pm. We just left and got groceries and came back at 6 pm . Beautiful view and ocean front balcony . We had dinner at The Breakers a few doors down, food, drinks and service were great!!

Great Place!!

Very enjoyable!!! Condo very clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated and plenty of room. Everything was there for kitchen use and then some. Pleny of linen and towels. No stress!. Owner was very accessible. Everyone we encountered were very friendly. Restaurants and shopping short walk away even had a 7 Eleven for incidentals clise by. Loved being on 8th floor and on the corner, very nice breeze. We enjoyed our stay.

Great family time

The property was very clean and nice. Shelly went above and beyond on assisting us with a few special needs after our check in. The condo was clean, but the living room furniture was a little hard to sit on. The foam in the cushions have worn and slats of wood have been used to give stability to the couch and chair. The girls worked a couple of the puzzles and when put them back in the boxes with a note for future guests that a couple peices were missing( Not a huge deal, they just wanted others to know! ;) ) Overall, would certainly book and recommend this condo again!!
