NOTE: this house is located in a diverse neighborhood in the center of Akron's inner city. Please understand this. The house is well kept and clean, and the yard is fenced in for your well being and comfort, but the neighborhood is what it is! It's part of a welcoming city, with diversity and culture everywhere.

NOTICE: ALL STAYS AT THIS PROPERTY ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES
This property, located at 364 Ira Avenue in Akron, Ohio (the "Property"), is managed by Canfora Development & Property Management LLC ("We" or "Manager"). You and those staying with you during your stay are the guests ("Guest" or "You"). Anyone You invite into the Property during your stay is a visitor ("Visitor").
Registration:
All Guests must be registered prior to arrival. No unregistered Guests or Visitors are allowed inside the Property. The maximum Property capacity is firm. If one or more unregistered Guests stay on the Property without registration, the booking is subject to immediate cancellation without a refund, a $75 Non-Registered Guest Fee per unregistered Guest, or both.
Early or Late Arrival:
We will make every effort to accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out when possible, for a fee of $30.00 each. However, You must let us know at the time of your booking and please understand that there is no guarantee that this will be possible.
Smoking and Substances:
No smoking or use of substances inside the Property. Butts must be disposed of in an ash tray in the back yard of the Property. No signs of smoking should be left anywhere on the Property. This includes butts left on the ground. A $300 fine will be assessed if we have to pick up cigarette butts or find evidence of any illicit drug use (including marijuana) inside the Property.
Parking:
There are three parking spots available for Guests at this Property. Guests and Visitors may park only in designated parking areas or on the street, and must comply with all parking regulations and requirements. Please show consideration for other vehicles in the neighborhood. Do not park on neighboring properties.
NOTE: Do not park, and do not allow Visitors to park, in the gravel area to the right of the Property driveway. This belongs to the neighbor and violators are likely to be ticketed.
Parties:
No parties or public events of any kind are allowed inside the Property or on the exterior grounds of the Property. A party is defined as any period of more than 30 consecutive minutes during which more than 2 Visitors are on the Property, or any effort to have multiple Visitors with such intent (a "Party"). If you are planning to have Visitors and wish to clarify whether this meets the definition of Party as defined here, please call or message the Manager. Any costs for repair due to property damage or excess cleaning will be invoiced to You.
Quiet Time:
Quiet time begins at 10 p.m. and lasts until 7 a.m.
Security:
For the safety of all Guests and Visitors, this Property is equipped with exterior cameras (ADT Security systems, Ring doorbells and/or Blink cameras with audio/video surveillance) that are in plain view in public spaces and on the Property exterior. All are monitored regularly.
Holdovers:
Guests and Visitors remaining in or on the Property beyond the Guest's reservation period (a "Holdover") will be deemed to be trespassing. We will take all possible legal action (civil and/or criminal) to have Holdovers removed from the Property and prosecuted to the full extent allowable under law.
Property Condition and Damage:
You accept this Property during the course of your Stay on an "As Is" basis. Due to the volume of guests staying over the course of a year, the Property is subject to regular wear-and-tear that will not interfere with the quality of your Stay. However, if you find any of the furniture, fixtures, or other aspects of the Property to be excessively damaged or in disrepair, including any damage caused by You, other Guests, or your Visitors during your stay ("Guest Damage"), please notify Us immediately. We will work with You to remedy the situation in a timely manner to everyone's satisfaction.
You may be liable for direct costs associated with repairs to address Guest Damage. We will communicate this to you. If you fail to report any Guest Damage, You will be liable for the direct costs for any associated repairs plus an additional $100 Unreported Damage fee.
Pets:
Pets are welcome. Pets include any animals You bring onto the Property during your stay (each a “Pet”). All Pets (a) must be registered at the time of Your booking and (b) are subject to a $50 Pet Fee each. You will be liable for a $100 Unregistered Pet Fee for each unregistered Pet, and a $20 Cleaning Fee if such Pets leave excess mess, at our discretion.
Miscellaneous:
No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or outside.
Keep a close eye on your kids at all times.
Please keep track of all keys and report any lost keys. You will be liable for a $200 Lost Key Fee if You lose a key during your stay.
Generally, please leave the Property the same or better than you found it!
Please report any problems in a timely manner and allow us to rectify the problem first.
