Brand new, custom built cottage, with adorable heated cocktail pool already has 5 star reviews!!! Located in the sweet area of Old Seagrove on a sandy road, this cottage is minutes away from the beach, Seaside and Watercolor. This charming 3 bedroom/ 2 bath cottage sleeps 8. Offering approximately 1300 square feet of comfortable living space - the large living room is perfect for movies and games. The modern kitchen and island, which seats 5-8, are ideal for fun family mealtimes and cocktails. The bedrooms have beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing decor - all are equipped with smart TVs. A large screened in back porch, with fun bed swing and eating area, overlooks the private, fenced back yard and entertaining cocktail pool - which can be heated in the winter months. Nature is abundant in the area, so don't be surprised to sea big squirrels, deer, bunnies, foxes and maybe a raccoon. A grill is provided for your outdoor cooking skills. All linens, towels and beach towels are provided.

This cottage is just 3 blocks from 30A and a short bike ride or walk to the beach, Seaside, and Watercolor. Local dining options are: Great Southern Kitchen, Bud and Alleys, Day Trader, Fish out of Water (FOOW), Wine World, as well as Black Bear Bakery and more. The Red Bar, GracePizza30A and Cafe30A are just a few miles away. Publix and Modica Market are close, so you can easily supply your kitchen needs.

Wonderful Time at Escape Plan 30B!!

We had the absolute best time at this property! It is beautifully appointed and was the perfect spot for our family of five. We enjoyed the cozy interior spots as well as the screened-in back porch and back deck. The cocktail pool was a great place to unwind after busy days. The location is ideal. We were tucked away from the busy hub of Seaside, but both the beach and town were an easy walk away. We definitely want to return to this gem!

Perfect location!

We had an amazing stay. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. The small pool was perfect for our kids. We could walk to all the restaurants in seaside in 15 minutes and to the beach in the same amount of time. It was a 10/10 experience and I will be recommending it to all my friends and family.

Home away from home

This property was exactly what we wanted. It was a great size for our group (4 adults), beautiful finishes, convenient location, and just all around lovely. Would most definitely recommend to others and will be planning a stay in the future!

30A perfect!

We came in town for the 30a Songwriters Festival. This was the perfect location for us. Not too far from all the great venues. All the amenities you could need. We especially loved the ability to relax in a nice hot tub at the end and beginning of our days! Definitely recommend!

Loved it! House has everything you need. This is our second time staying in a house with this host. We have stayed in both summer and winter. Both are great. New Cottage in Old Seagrove

This house was perfect for our family of 4. Can't say enough good things. Love the dirt roads of Old Seagrove and just a short stroll/bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor. House style I'd describe as "Modern Cottage" because the house is loaded with so many cool, new, modern appliances and features like high countertops and huge porch swing. The small pool was great to soak in each day. Shower pressure is awesome. Clean. Roku Tvs in all rooms. Back porch was great to work on my laptop. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home!

I wish we had spent more time here. We came for a wedding and were out of the house most of the time. I can’t wait to come back and actually get to enjoy the massive sofa swing on the back deck and take a swim in the pool.

Beautiful Home & Great Location

This home was perfect for our family. At the top of our list for each vacation home we rent, more THAN anything else, is the cleanliness of the property. This home exceeded our expectations in that area. Upon entering, it smelled very fresh and new. The house was beautifully decorated, and every room was completely stocked with everything you would need - and I do mean everything. You can tell that the owner put a lot of thought into what families would need to ensure their vacations went smooth. Both the front and back porches were beautiful - be sure to take the time to sit on them to enjoy the cozy street the home sits on. My teens loved the small pool, it was the perfect size for our family of four! It is in a great area - close to Publix, great restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is very quaint and quiet, but still remarkably close to all the exciting things 30A has to offer. The owner Cyndi was very nice and responsive to our booking request. Looking forward to booking with her again in the future. If you are looking for a clean and beautiful home to stay in on your next 30A visit, DO NOT WAIT, book this home ASAP. It will not disappoint!

Family Beach Perfection 30A

This property is gorgeous! Clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything you need for a perfect getaway with family or friends. We cook alot and the kitchen is very well stocked and the appliances are definitely an upgrade from the usual rental. We walked to several of the beaches and the marketplace easily and the beaches were busy but not crowded at all. T’s is excellent for fresh seafood on your way in town! The bed swing on the screened in porch was our favorite place for coffee. Owner’s were helpful and available when needed. Absolutely perfect location and property on 30A. We will definitely be back to this cottage hopefully very soon.

Exceptional Cottage in Old Seagrove

We had a wonderful stay at this property and Cyndi was great to work with as well. The property's decor, furnishings and amenities were top shelf. We loved relaxing on the back screened in porch and thoroughly enjoyed hanging out around the cocktail pool area as well. The location was perfect as well, as it was close to everything but just far away from all the crowds. I would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely rent again if we get the opportunity.

Wonderful stay!!!

Our family had an amazing time at this property!!! We had visited Santa Rosa before but this time was the best and most special!!! Location is great!!! House is beautiful!!! Walking distance to restaurants and shops, very close to Publix and really short distance from the most beautiful beach 🏝️ Property manager couldn’t be more responsive or sweet. Amazing Family Beach Vacation Spot

A Must Stay!

Probably the best VRBO experience I’ve ever had. Owner was extremely easy to work with & very friendly & helpful. This house is a new build & everything is so clean & well put together. The kitchen was very well stocked - made it easy for us to cook. It had mixer, blender, slow cooker, plenty of dishes, cookware, bakeware. The bedrooms had nice comfortable beds & bedding. Living room had nice, comfy furniture & little extras like a basket of soft throw blankets. There were plenty of nice beach towels & bathroom towels. The porches were lovely. We were 2 moms w 2 teenagers & the house was perfect. I’ll miss the screened in back porch the most. It was spacious & lovely. It had a wonderful swinging bed that I enjoyed reading on. We ate out there, played cards, teenagers hung out there. Backyard had precious cocktail pool that was just big enough for us. Great lighting at night. Plenty of seating. There were houses on either side of us, but in the back all we could see was pretty foliage. We had no noise issues. The location was great! Just a few blocks walk to the beach, shops, restaurants. There was a Publix very close. I loved the master bedroom! It was so cozy, had attached bathroom w plenty of counter space & a wonderful walk-in closet w full length mirror. They truly thought of everything. Super easy to get in house upon arrival. I could just go on & on about this place & can’t wait to go back! Do not hesitate to book this house!

This sweet home is our second cottage listed on VRBO. We had the opportunity to buy the lot during COVID and are so happy we did. We chose our facade and floor plan to match the older homes in the area and to look like it had always been there. I think we succeeded. We live in Atlanta and have found joy and fun hosting new renters and wonderful repeaters.
