Step into this immaculate condo and you'll immediately love the modern layout with a wide open living room and kitchen that's perfect for your small group to come together. Spread out in the large living room with a gas fireplace and large flat screen TV, whip up dinner in the full size kitchen, dine at the large central table, and rest easy in one of the two bedrooms after a fun day on the slopes & trails. You'll also love the base area location at Winter Park Resort, just steps from incredible shopping, dining, and nightlife.

Ready to rest easy? Head in one of the two bedrooms - a King Bedroom and a Primary King Suite with a set of Twin bunk beds. The King Bedroom utilizes a full-size shared bathroom with hallway access, while the Primary Suite has a private ensuite bathroom with an oversize shower and large vanity mirror. All bedrooms feature hotel-style luxury linens, perfect for a good night's sleep after a full day of adventuring!

Additional amenities include a large outdoor amenity deck with huge hot tubs, gas grills, outdoor seating & fire pits, plus ski storage, underground parking, private washer & dryer, keyless entry, remote check-in, and more!

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite + Twin/Twin bunk bed, and King Bedroom. Sleeps up to six guests.

Great spot!

This was a great condo for our two tight-knit families, with a 6 and 2.5 year old. It was very modern and a great location at the base of Winter Park village. The kitchen was well-stocked, including crockpots! Not a lot of closet or storage space in the kitchen but overall a great spot!

Nice stay

Stay was great, clean, big walk-in shower, heated garage was amazing, location is awesome besides it not being a true ski in ski out like the Vrbo site says. It is very close to the mountain easy walk for sure. The Vrbo site and the property management website all say contradicting information. When I had to deal with the issue the property manager called me a liar and needed screen shots of the information. The other people that work for the company are great.

Perfect Christmas destination

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Our avid skiers liked the convenience of garage parking and ski lockers. We were minutes away from ski lifts and near shopping and great restaurants. Highly recommend this location in Winter Park!

Comfy condo

This was our first stay at Winter Park and we were all very happy with the condo. The living area was a great place to relax after skiing. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. It was an easy walk to the gondola. We would stay here again.

Great Condo Near Lifts

The condo was perfect for our needs. It was well appointed and SUPER close to the slopes. The shared hot tub and grills were an awesome feature that we used nearly every day we were there.

Great stay

Everything about this stay was excellent. The location is great, ski lockers are on the first floor, and a 5 to 7 minute walk to the gondola. If you have little kids, winter park has red wagons that you can use to pull them and/or their ski gear. The room itself was excellent, extremely clean. Lots of bedding and sheets. The pullout sofa bed was good, bed mattresses and comforters were excellent. Lots of towels, including specific towels for the hot tub. Hot tub is huge and excellent. I can't ever see it getting overcrowded, it serves two buildings, but is quite large Parking was extremely easy communication from the host was great, received several texts from them. Very responsive. All entry into the building and into the rooms is via keypad so extremely easy and reliable. Really one of the best places that we've stayed as a family, counting several of the Colorado resorts.

Perfect Ski in/out spot!

Great location just across the street from the village, gondola, tubing, ski school, etc. Clean property, well stocked and newly updated. Parking was covered & great except the QR code didn’t work getting in/out after first time and we had to call every time, minor annoyance. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay but parking garage situation was very bad . Never could get it to work right ! That's only down side . The stay itself was beautiful room was new so nice . Just have to figure out the parking was a real bummer
