Enjoy the comfort and ease of home away from home at 106 Seagate! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 10 guests in total and is located directly on the pristine sands of Indian Shores. Whether you're here for work or play, you won't want to miss out on this gem of a condo!
Kitchen: Comes equipped with everything you'd need to make delicious home-cooked meals--cookware, silverware, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and stainless steel fridge. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: Nestled between the kitchen and living room, the dining table sits 4 chairs and 2 on the bench, and with 4 backless bar stools lining the counterbar top you and the whole family can enjoy meals and drinks together.
Living Room: There's plenty of seating to hunker down and enjoy your favorite movies and shows on the smart TV. With a full couch (sofa sleeper), loveseat, and sitting chair you'll have no problems relaxing after a day full of fun. The sliding glass door provides a gorgeous view of the Gulf and is mere steps away from enjoying some drinks on the balcony.
Bathroom #1: The guest bathroom has His and Hers sinks, a toilet, and a shower/tub combo.
Bathroom #2: The master bathroom comes fully equipped with a toilet, standing shower, and His and Hers sinks, making getting ready for a night out a breeze!
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom includes a king-size bed with bedside tables, lamps, a ceiling fan, a sitting chair, a dresser, and a wall-mounted TV. You'll have access to the balcony from here and have your own bathroom.
Bedroom #2: This bedroom comes with 2 twin beds, a shared bedside table, a closet, and wall-mounted TV.
Bedroom #3: This bedroom includes 2 queen size beds, a shared bedside table, a dresser, wall mounted TV, and access to the guest bathroom from inside the bedroom.
Laundry Room: You'll have a washer and dryer in the unit! No more lugging your laundry to a shared laundromat.
Outdoors: There is a communal grilling area with shared grills and shared picnic tables underneath a gazebo. On the other side of the building is the pool, equipped with seating and sun loungers.
*This unit is on the 1st floor and there is an elevator on site.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: You have 2 assigned parking spaces. There is no additional guest parking at this time.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
And with the beach access right next door, you'll wish your vacation never has to end!
