I texted the owner (or one of the people responsible of the house…) the day before to get the code to access the house and he/she provided me with with a code to a key box that contained the key and send me pictures of the front of the house (which was not on the site to compare...). When my team arrived around 2 am they couldn't find the key box and the door had access code on the handle.
So, my team had to find an hotel at 2am, so they could rest before their business obligation that was waiting for them in the morning.
My team reached out to me in the morning to tell me about the situation. So, I texted the owner to request a refund of the night (you cannot speak to them over the phone... ) and they mentioned that they won’t reimburse us the night as they provide a 24h services, despite the fact that they haven’t provided the right information from the get-go to have access to the house.
In addition to that, the house was not super clean. There was hair on the supposedly clean towel and hair in the shower, suspicious stain on the bed sheets even though they seemed clean and the house was cold.
Not a great experience for business people...
