The Carrollton Cottage

Enjoy this charming 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottage home conveniently located within walking distance of Downtown Annapolis shops and restaurants and the Naval Academy stadium! This is an ideal rental for up to 4 guests. The home comes complete with several amenities (bed linens, towels and basic home amenities) to use during your stay. There's a fully fenced backyard and a four seasons room in the front of the house, where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and relax. The house is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Each bedroom is designed for comfort and is equipped with cozy pillows and bedding.

Located on the first floor, the master bedroom has a queen size bed.
The second bedroom to the right of the master bedroom has two single beds.

There is plenty of street parking available (no permit required) or you can park in a non-labeled free parking spots.
