Family Getaway

We recently stayed 3 nights at this property. The home was very clean and I am super picky about that! Everyone joked that it met my "clean" standards. Area was very quiet and nice view of the lake. Kids loved the games. Patio area was very nice. The pool is very small so if you have a larger group it is more of a dipping pool I would say, but it was enough for the kids and they still enjoyed it. They also loved the scavenger hunt. Quick easy access to town for shopping, groceries, boat rental, etc.

Last minute getaway

Booked this beautiful home last minute for my kiddos to celebrate the end of the school year! The home was absolutely gorgeous. We felt right at home. My kids lived in the pool and when it was raining we played games and did the treasure hunt ! This is our second property of the host that we have stayed at and they are both just perfect! We already can’t wait for our next visit.

Fun and relaxing getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at The Pearl! Loved relaxing in the pool, playing ping pong and taking morning and evening walks along the lake. Katie had great suggestions of local places to visit (Hazelnut Coffee House was our favorite!), and she was super quick to answer any questions. The house had plenty of space and everything we needed for a great getaway...and, the beds were super comfortable! We really enjoyed our trip!

A wonderful experience

This house served as an ideal venue for a three-night family get together with five adults and four children (ages 1 to 6). It was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable with views of the lake. A playroom with toys provided fun for the kids, and the in-house treasure hunt delighted both kids and adults. It is a pleasant walk to nearby Harbor Point State Park. The host, Katie, was incredibly prompt in responding to all my questions and offered helpful local suggestions, including for Bryson Park District, where the playground provided great entertainment and exercise for the kids. Overall, the property and host were excellent and contributed to a wonderful stay.

All I can say is WOW!

Honestly, I wish I could tell you this was terrible so I can keep this location to myself BUT I CAN'T LIE. It was WONDERFUL!! Katie was an amazing host, communicating regularly when needed and making sure we had every amenity we could and then some. The home met every need, with cleanliness, layout, "extras" and even an awesome "treasure hunt". Katie provided some ideas for what to do in the area, where to eat and made sure she answered all of our questions. Check in and check out were seamless, the beds were like sleeping on a cloud and if you have little ones (we didn't) you'll appreciate the toys and activities just for them. What are you waiting for? Celina has many things to offer - beautiful lake views, great restaurants, a microbrewery, a golf course, a sports complex with golf simulators, yoga studio and friendly people. Check out the huge playground with a splash pad off Lake Shore Drive and grab some coffee at the adorable gourmet coffee shop, Hazelnut.
