Die Tropical Penthouse-Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer ist die einzige Penthouse-Wohnung (oberste Etage) mit einem Schlafzimmer im gesamten Resort. Alle anderen Penthäuser haben zwei oder mehr Schlafzimmer. Dieses Gerät verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und Einbauschränken; ein komplettes modernes Badezimmer; ein Queensize-Schlafsofa und ein tropisches Sofa im Wohnzimmer; eine voll ausgestattete, moderne Küche mit einem Cocktail- / Frühstückstisch für 4 Personen; eine Waschmaschine / Trockner Anlage. My wife and I spent a week there and it was terrific. A quick walk across the street to Eagle Beach, back to the pools, and then finally up to own private rooftop for the sunset. 100% recommend! Will definitely be back!

Fantastic property

This property was top notch. Location cannot be beat. Fabulous view. We walked to grocery store and restaurants. Took a taxi a few times and also the bus which stops right out front. It’s probably the best stocked VRBO i have ever rented. Plenty of towels and beach chairs. Kitchen is very be well stocked. Hot tub on the roof was a great bonus. Used it every night. Would definitely return again.

Beautiful condo on top floor of Oceania. There were two issues, refrigerator wasn’t working and the hot tub drained out but both issues were solved immediately. Prestige Realty was very quick to respond and fix both things.

Great property, excellent property management

All as advertised. Property and property management were excellent. Very safe area, very clean and the unit and the complex including the pool were very well maintained. All the personnel were attentive and friendly. Highly recommend (though bed could use a new mattress.)

Spectacular!

First time in Aruba with my partner and after doing much research on where to stay, we are so glad we chose the perfect home. Everything about our stay was amazing from location, to views, to private penthouse rooftop, to the pools, easy access to the beach, cozy home (all the beach amenities you need), etc. The best part about our stay was the staff, every encounter with the people truly shows you why it’s called One Happy Island. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, private, relaxing & fun time in Aruba. Can’t wait to be back!

Amazing vacation!

My husband and I stayed in this condo in mid-August. The unit itself was immaculate and stocked well with cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper products, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, etc. It has everything you need. We were greeted happily by a representative upon our arrival and check in was smooth (as was check out). Proximity to Eagle Beach is incredible. We also enjoyed the pool. The pigeons did visit but I put a call in and they came over and cleaned up immediately. It was nice to have the grill as well. We highly recommend this condo and can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay! Condo was well stocked and very clean, gave 4 on cleanliness only because pigeons on balcony made it unuseable until we brought chairs inside after cleaning. ALL inside was spotless!! Nice pools and steps from Eagle Beach! Condo had beach chairs, towels, everything!! Kitchen very well stocked!! Hot tub on roof top was wonderful! Check in a breeze and ALL Staff WONDERFUL! We would stay here again!!!

Perfect Honeymoon

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! We loved the privacy of the roof terrace and the hot tub. The condos are very quiet and relaxing. Alan and Rachel were great to work with and were able to help us with any questions we had and reserved a Jeep for us as well.

Great place to stay

Had a fantastic time, easy to get around with the transit system, the property is lovely and well maintained. The place has everything you need, including tumblers for drinks at the beach, beach chairs wirh arm straps to carry them easily and a cooler. The only complaint, and I should have said something but I didn't and that's on me, is that the cooler they provide for the beach had no handle so we never used it for that, which was unfortunate. Also, the bed could definitely use an upgrade. And the AC isn't very strong in the bedroom. But nothing that was untolerable by any means. All in all had a great stay here!! The security were ultra friendly also! Would definitely come back!

We just returned from an absolutely wonderful stay in this amazing condo. The view from the roof top terrace was spectacular and our vacation EXCEEDED all expectations. The condo is in perfect condition will all the amenities imaginable. My wife and I had never been to Aruba before and chose it for our 2 week vacation. While searchimg VRBO for.a condo to rent we became a bit overwhelmed with all the amazing choices. We made our decision of.a condo and could not have been happier. The condo was perfect for our needs. Quiet, private balcony, clean, location and it was a bonus with the private roof top hot tub. Prestige Properties manages the rental and they were amazing to work with. Communication with the was quick and easy. Will definitely be back and will stay at the Oceania again.

Great location and Condo had everything we required.

We enjoyed our stay at Oceania. There were a few hiccups such as no electricity or water one morning and hot tub not initially heating. The electricity and water issues was quickly resolved and Ken fixed the hot tub in under 24 hours. All of the people with Prestige were very nice and helpful. The location on the beach was beautiful. We would have liked to have had a poolside bathroom. There were nice beach chairs, a cooler, some water floats and plenty of beach towels with clips which was really nice. We also liked having the washer and dryer in our condo.

Great!

Everything about this condo makes it the perfect base for experiencing Aruba. The grounds are pristine, the amenities exceptional , the common areas immaculate, and the unit itself deluxe. The unit is spacious and bright, with a spectacular view from both the balcony and roof-top deck: well-stocked kitchen, very comfortable king bed, and even cable tv to watch NFL play-off games! In addition, Oceania is located on the gorgeous Eagle Beach, convenient to shopping, entertainment, and restaurants - and about a 15 minute drive from Arashi beach, very laid-back and great snorkeling. We appreciated Rachel's attention and professionalism and knew that she was available to respond to any questions. Her recommendation to try out Las Ramblas restaurant - within easy walking distance- was spot-on, and we went there twice. Thoroughly pleased all around, and we truly feel our stay at this condo in Oceania contributed to a most memorable and first-class vacation in Aruba.

Terrible Check In and Repairs

Beautiful and quiet property on beautiful beach. The property manager asked for information from us in advance but never provided the check in information. I called them the day before we left and we called many times on our way to Aruba and after we arrived. We also drove to the rental company office and it was closed. They could have sent me a text or e-mail with the check in information but did not. They also did not return numerous voice messages. They eventually answered our call and were at the resort to check us in. That was pretty stressful and should have been avoided. The unit had electrical problems with outlets for the coffee maker and toaster, patio door would lock with no way to unlock and could have left us stranded on the 5th floor patio, and the kitchen sink faucet was leaking below the sink. These were fixed the first two days but were not new problems. After we finally reached someone and the repairs were completed we had a great week.
