NOTE: While this property does not have a washer and dryer in the unit, a laundromat is just a two-minute drive away, and past guests have found it quite convenient.

This unit is a perfect place for one or two people. There is a cute, small kitchen with retro fridge and small dining table. The shower is large, and the bedroom has a king-size bed and a large closet. The little living area has a sofa and chair and a cute gas fireplace with bookshelves on both sides. Take a book, leave a book.

You can access the home, front and back, and the private yard.

Just one block from the U of A, this historic neighborhood has a mix of coffee houses, bars, restaurants, single-family homes, and apartments. There is a bar across the street, and Screwbean Brewing is a couple of doors down. (It's a great place with in-house brewed beers, seltzer cocktails, espresso-based beverages, and food from local businesses!)

Private parking for one car is available in a lot behind the duplex.

NOTE: There is a bar across the street that often has live music. It can be especially noisy on the weekends, so this might not be the best spot for you if you're looking for a quiet, tranquil stay.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
