Welcome to your group-friendly Montrose getaway — a rare opportunity to stay in two stylish, side-by-side townhomes located in a fully gated fourplex, just over a mile from Downtown Houston. Guests will have access to two private units (not the entire fourplex), offering over 3,400 sq ft of modern comfort, ideal for large groups, multiple families, or business travelers.
Note: These are two separate, side-by-side townhomes with no interior access between them. To move between units, guests must exit one and enter the other through their individual front or back doors.
Each unit features its own kitchen, laundry room, living area, and private entry — giving your group flexibility, privacy, and plenty of room to spread out. This listing accommodates up to 20 guests across 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, 2 sofa beds, and 2 air mattresses.

All bedrooms are located upstairs and include private en-suite bathrooms:

Guests have full access to both townhomes, including all living spaces, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the back porches. Each unit contains one locked owner’s closet, which is off-limits to guests.
Parking: You’ll have access to 4 dedicated parking spaces (2 per unit) in the gated lot behind the building. Please do not use parking spaces assigned to the other two units in the fourplex.
