The entire house is yours! 3 spacious decks including a hot tub. 5 bedrooms, kitchen and living room, direct beach access and driveway with plenty of parking for4-5 cars.

There is one security camera located on the property. It is outside on the carport, facing the driveway and entry doors.

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include

A separate security deposit for $750 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.
