The White Lotus - Luxury Home with Rooftop

This show stopping luxury home is brimming with elevated, timeless design. Styled with restoration hardware furniture, luxury fixtures, and a sweeping floor plan with high ceilings, you will fall head over heels in love with the decadent ambience of the White Lotus! Conveniently located in beautiful Chestnut Hill!

Layout:
Main Level- the main level features a sweeping open floor plan with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and half bathroom. The primary bedroom is also located on this level and features a king bed and en suite bathroom.

Second Level- The second level offers two guest rooms with a Jack and Jill shared en suite bathroom. One of these rooms has a full over full bunk bed, while the other has a queen bed. There is a third guest room with a queen bed and an en suite bathroom.

Third Level -
The third level is a bonus room with a wet bar
and a rooftop patio. There is a king sized pull out sofa and a half bathroom.

Parking: 
There is street parking in front of the home as well as a two car garage.

Neighborhood:
Bordered by Wedgewood-Houston, the area of Chestnut Hill is one of Nashville's best kept secrets! Views from the area include the city skyline towering above rows of Victorian homes, farm houses, and newer developments. Only two minutes from 12 South and 8th avenue, and just a quick drive to downtown, you'll have Nashville's magic right at your fingertips!

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

By booking with Stay Local Nashville, I give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to screen my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding Safely’s guest screening can be found at Safely's website, Safely dot com. You may receive an email from Concierge at Safely dot com to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email, and contact Safely at Concierge at Safely dot com or go to Safely dot com, if you have any questions. Additionally, I agree that the rental agreement must be signed and Safely guest screening must be completed within 3 days, otherwise my stay will be cancelled.
