Our floating dock provides easy access to the water, though please note that there's no beach area, and the shoreline is a bit steeper but terraced for your convenience. You'll find room for 1 boat at the dock.

This property is located on Lake Murray. This is a more rural lake area and very car (or boat!) dependent.

Please note that the garage is not available for guest use. However, there is ample parking space available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Thank you for your understanding.

The house is less than a mile from the nearest public boat landing: Hilton Recreation Area. Please put your boat in the water here. There is not access to put the boat into the lake at the property.

There is one security camera on the exterior front of the house facing the driveway. It is active.

Please note that a member of our team performs maintenance on the hot tub every Monday and may need to perform this upkeep during your stay.

The water level at Lake Murray varies over the year. When the water level is low, the ramp to the dock can become steep. Please be mindful of this and be careful when going up and down the ramp.

You will receive a 'boarding pass' upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details!

We are very close to the water - expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints. Please be mindful of all neighbors.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy is allowed at any time. If you have more than the maximum number of guests allowed at the property at any time you are subject to an additional fee of $50/person. You will be required to leave immediately, with no refund, if any events are taking place at our home.

No smoking inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $250 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

This property is not pet friendly. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home, you will be charged $250 for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee via Airbnb's Resolution Center that covers our costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost of $50. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Pack n plays and highchairs are available for rent and must be requested through your boarding pass. These are first come, first serve. We will deliver them to the house prior to your stay, if requested ahead of time. We cannot guarantee same day delivery for any last minute requests but will have them delivered the next day.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
