Walk in and experience a stunning huge open floorplan that has been remodeled throughout with all new chic and modern furnishings. Nestle into the living room space with comfy seating and stream one of your favorite shows on our Smart Roku TV.

Melt away the stress of the day in one of our 5 luxurious bedrooms. Each room sports premium mattresses, high-quality crisp bedding, and lots of clothes storage, so no need to pack light! Our bedrooms and baths, like the rest of the property, are spotless and set us apart from many other vacation rentals.

Master Bedroom: Continue on into the Master bedroom which features a King size bed and Roku TV. Indulge yourself in the natural sunlight filtering through the plantation shuttered windows and large walk in closet allowing for a ton of storage and a completely remodeled sitting area and master bathroom walk in shower with rainfall shower. Please note the additional two sleeping options are fold up mattresses which are stored in the master closet.

Bedroom Two: Make you way to the second bedroom featuring a Queen size bed. Here you will have direct access to the pool and an unbelievable nights sleep with all brand new luxury linens.

Bedroom Three: Revel in the third bedroom where you arrive to a cloud of comfort. Featuring a Roku TV and a Queen size bed with soft sheets and a snuggly comforter that'll make you never want to leave.

Bedroom Four: It's all about making your stay feel like a warm hug – cozy and totally comfortable is the vibe in the fourth bedroom featuring a Queen size bed and Roku TV.

Bedroom Five: Accessed through the garage only you will find the fifth bedroom that features a set of twin over twin bunk beds, room for the entire crew!

Game Room: Get competitive in a match or two of your game of choice! The game room is equipped with a Ping pong table, full arcade table with two stools and board games with a washer & dryer and seating - two stools table and sofa with rugs.

Parking Instructions:
Driveway only no street parking no parties no events without event fee and previous approval based on reviews - garage is a game room and cannot be used for parking.

Events and Parties:
At this time, we do not allow parties or events. This is a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no loud music, noise, or partying after 10 PM. While the neighbors are aware of our rental, they tolerant of excessive noise and partying.

Pets:
While we cherish our furry friends, this home remains a pet-free haven and appreciate your understanding in keeping it an allergy free zone.

Game Room Amenities:
Ping pong table, full arcade table with two stools and board games with a washer & dryer and seating - two stools table and sofa with rugs.

Amenities for Babies and/or Young children:
High chair and Pamo Babe Portable Crib Baby Playpen with Mattress and Carry Bag (Grey)

Outdoor Amenities:
Frisbee golf by pool, pool toys in pool bin, beach chairs out on patio, sun loungers, pool alarm and pool basketball.
No pets $3500 fine plus damages
No smoking $3500 plus damages (cigarette, cigars, hookah and marijuana)
Pool damage or urinating in pool or spilling glass $5,000 in damages
No over occupancy of 12 $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages no street parking at anytime
No events or parties without approval and event fee confirmed - any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction same with smoking or pets - owner is highly allergic
Stained towels $35 each
