The third level has a small TV watching area as well as an outdoor patio space with outdoor furniture and a fireplace. Oh and did I mention it has its own hot tub and pool? The garage can fit three cars and with the house being on the street it has room for other cars to park as well as enough room for a boat to be parked next to the home (as seen in the photos).
