Welcome to Luxe Lagoon South. This beautiful 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom home is perfect for your next vacation. The property sleeps 16 with 9 beds and 1 luxury sleeper sofa. Built in 2023, this home has a chef's kitchen and custom designer amenities. This home also boasts picturesque views of the lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. As if this wasn't enough, this home is a five minute walk to the beach and when that seems too far, you can enjoy a private pool, only shared with the other side of the duplex!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Family Vacation

This duplex was perfectly situated in Gulf Shores. It was a block behind the main road so it was quick to get to the beach and back into the main part of town. The host was very quick to address the one issue we had during our stay. The one thing I will note is with 13 adults on our trip the sleeping arrangements were not as ideal as we had thought they would be, which is completely on us. The property was exactly as described.

Beautiful Oasis

We were a group of 11 who stay for a week. The home was beautiful and well maintained. The property manager was responsive and extremely helpful when we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun Beach Trip

Had 4 families staying together for a group trip. Lots of space to prepare meals and enjoy them together. Close proximity to the beach. Overall great trip!

GREAT vacation home!

This was an excellent rental. Everything was as advertised. The home was very clean upon our arrival and communication via text with property management was great and convenient (and very timely). The rooms were spacious and we had plenty of room for our 11 guests. The only thing we didn't know or see, was paying extra to use the heated pool. We didn't use it anyways, as the beach is a 5 minute walk away! The neighborhood and parking, amenities were all great and we would stay again! Thanks!!

Wonderful Place

The house was beautiful and very comfortable! We loved it except the steps, 5 flights of steps to get to the 3rd floor! Other than that we really enjoyed our stay! We would return for sure! There was 16 adults staying in the house, plenty of room and we really enjoyed the pool!

Beautiful home and great location

We loved the home. It has wonderfully comfortable beds and the kitchen is perfect. Loved the induction range. The walk to the beach is only a few minutes. The renter needs to know that there are 4 sets of stairs (2 ea) to get up and down the three floors, so in case that is a deal breaker. Also, ceiling fans on the porch would be a nice addition, but since we went in the fall, it was not a problem. One final recommendation, take out the 2 wing chairs in the den and put another sofa or replace the current sectional with a larger one, for more comfortable seating. The private pool, shared with the other side, is perfect. Loved it.

Low key Thanksgiving

This house is beautiful! We stayed for the thanksgiving holiday. We had a small issue trying to get into the house upon arrival but after a few messages back and fourth we got the correct info. Also the description appeared a the entire house, we didn’t realize until arrival that there is another part to the house on the back side. So this is 2 houses in one.
