Dieses geräumige Wald Knoll 3-Zimmer ist 2200 sq. Ft. Wohnung in Privatbesitz in der Rückseite des Gebäudes mit Blick auf den Wald und ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von Waterville Valley Town Square, dem Sportzentrum, Golfplatz, Rodelbahn und ein Straßenbahnhaltestelle auf den Skiberg (letzte Station vor der Ankunft am Skiberg, erste Station bei der Rückkehr nach Hause). Das Gerät ist auch bequem zu Mountainbike-und Wanderweg-Systeme.

D1 wurde kürzlich aktualisiert und ist voll ausgestattet! Die Hauptebene verfügt über eine große offene Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Kabel-TV, Gas-Kamin und Vier-Jahreszeiten in Vorhalle. Darüber hinaus enthält diese Ebene auch das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und eigenem Jacuzzi-Badewanne sowie ein separates WC auf dem Flur. Die untere Ebene bietet ein Bonus-Zimmer mit Kabel-TV, Gas-Kamin, Mini-Küche, (zieht aus, um einen König) ausziehbare Schlafcouch und Veranda. Auf dem Flur ist ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und eigenem Bad und zusätzlich über ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett (voll auf der Unterseite, zwei an der Spitze) und ein separates Bad. Die großen Hauswirtschaftsschrank enthält eine Waschmaschine und Trockner und viel Platz zum / Trocken Ski-Kleidung zu hängen.

Die Nutzung der Berg Athletic Club Anlagen (Hallen- und Freibad, Tennis, Racquetball, Fitnessraum) ist für alle Gäste für eine geringe Gebühr.

Christmas in the Valley

We celebrated Christmas in Waterville this year at your condo. Everything was perfect. The condo was a great size for everyone to spread out. Very clean and had everything you would need to make an enjoyable vacation.I did a lot of cooking during our stay and the kitchen had everything I needed.The condo was even decorated for the holidays.Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My family and I just spent a week in this condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have been to Waterville Valley many times and this was our first time staying at this condo. There were 5 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for all of us. Kate, the condo owner, was very quick at responding to any questions we had. I highly recommend this condo and we will definitely look into booking it again on our next Waterville Valley visit.

Pleasant, clean family condo

Our family of five adults and one child enjoyed our stay at this pleasant condo. It was very clean and well-stocked, with linens, towels, and paper products. The kitchen had a nice supply of dishes, pots, and pans. The condo is well located—easy walking distance to the recreation, athletic center, and town square. The owners are very communicative and helpful.

Perfect place

This has a perfect layout. Everything you need from cooking to linens. We were only two but the lower level is perfect for another family with children. We only had our daughter and granddaughter for one night but they had their own area. Waterville Valley has lots to do and if you geocache there are lots to find.

Wonderful place!

We drove 7 hours to get to this condo and we were delighted with the place. Very clean, light and bright and plenty of room to stretch out in. The three of us had our own bedroom and our own bathroom, which were clean and neat. Could have had more facecloths but had plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked but I wish there had been a Kurig type coffee machine. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your great home. We had a wonderful time.

Fantastic weekend retreat

We stayed for two nights at Kate and Jon's condo and could not have been more pleased. The unit is 5 star, with comfortable beds, great furniture, lots of towels and is well set up for a family or group of friends with tons of sleeping space. Kate and Jon were great at answering questions quickly and accurately before we arrived and quick to respond to a question during our stay. The place is impeccably clean, too. I hope we will have another opportunity to rent this condo. Oh, and our teens loved the facilities at the Waterville valley club on a rainy day-- nice pool, great gym, and very close to the condo. Highly recommend!

Great family adventure

We were 7 ( my hubby, me, my son, daughter in law and 3 grand kiddies) Lots of room , comfy beds , great location . In spite of crazy weather we had access to the Athletic Club. Lots of fun at Corcoran Pond . Easy ride to Lake Winnipesaukee and also to Santa’s Village. Hope to return to make more family memories

The home was very clean and comfortable. Everything we could have needed was right there - it was very well organized. The owner was very quick to respond to emails and helpful. Wonderful space for families with kids and lots of space!

Very clean, tons of space, decor is nice. We absolutely loved this property. Living room upstairs for family to watch tv together and huge space downstairs for kids if they wanted to play or do board games. Both had fireplaces which made it super cozy when snowing out. Beds were super comfy, lots of blankets provided. I would definelty stay here again!

Great location with all the amenities

The condo was conveniently located next to Waterville Valley ski resort and short distance to the Waterville Valley Town Square. The unit is large enough for a large family or two families vacationing together. Loved the gas fireplace and the jacuzzi tub for soaking & relaxing We had everything we needed in the kitchen for Christmas baking and meals. We hope to visit again with friends and highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful views

I was there for my son's wedding. The condo was comfortable. Nicely furnished. Very comfortable beds. A kitchen cabinet was full of recycling, beer bottles and soda cans. The front of the coffee table was dirty (somebody must have dropped drink and it splattered all down the front). Other than that there were no complaints.

Beautiful Family Stay

With family traveling from Norway and Thailand to visit and attend a very special family wedding event, this was a great spot to get together with all different members of my family as well as enjoy all of the amenities that the Unit and all of the Waterville Area offered. We were very blessed to have so much friendly support from the Property Management Team, my super supportive family of baby-sisters who made our stay feel like a second home. The downstairs unit was perfect for the parents with a toddler and an infant just starting to walk as we had a gate included as well as every other need attended to. Everyday, we were able to sit 4 adults and kids with a high chair at the dining table for breakfast and dinner together. Thank you so much for the memories and we hope to see you all again soon! Our family grew up skiing and hiking in Waterville Valley and love the relaxing, small-town mountain vibe. Even if you aren't a skier, Waterville Valley offers outdoor and indoor activities galore which we appreciate and appealed to our large, active family. Waterville Valley is also a short two-hour drive from Boston, so very convenient for weekends away.
