Beach Access: Commodore's Retreat enjoys private beach access through a Boardwalk located on the South side of the building.
Pool Access: Just steps away from the pool deck, located on the East side of the building.

HOA Notice: During the day of Monday April 14 and Thursday April 17, guests will be required to park on the easement in the road or in the public parking lot across the street from 9am - 5pm due to mandatory parking lot work.
HOA Notice: The pool at Commodore’s Retreat is currently closed due to necessary maintenance following a recent inspection by Walton County. The closure is related to repairs required for uneven and loose pavers around the pool area. Water quality and safety tests passed inspection. The HOA is actively working with specialists to complete the repairs as quickly as possible, though a specific reopening date has not yet been confirmed. We appreciate your understanding as these improvements are made to ensure a safe and enjoyable pool area for all residents and guests.

Equipped with a spacious Master Bedroom and one full bathroom, this stunning condo has accommodations for up to 6 lucky guests! The bedroom sports a comfy king size bed, and a breathtaking view of the best beaches on the Emerald Coast! It's complete with a wall-mounted flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure.

In the foyer, you will find a set of custom-built Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids! The living room also has a Queen Murphy Bed w/Tempur-Pedic Mattress for additional guests, and the sliding glass doors open up to the private beach-front balcony, the perfect place to enjoy a cup of morning coffee! Of course, no Living Room would be complete without the large wall-hung flat screen TV for evening entertainment.

A well-appointed kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops, perfect for the household chef! Beautiful shiplap covered walls and rich, hardwood floors accent an already awesome condo, perfect for your getaway retreat.

Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. The coastal villages of Seaside, Grayton, and WaterColor lie within a mile or two to the West, while Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and WaterSound lie a few miles East.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Coastal Condo at Commodore's Retreat on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Coastal Condo. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Construction and scaffolding all around building with notice and unacceptable response

There was construction noise starting at 7:30am on a Saturday and scaffolding all around the building including men just outside the bedroom window and essentially just off the lanai for our long anniversary weekend at this property. There was no communication in advance and unacceptable lack of a response, apology or concern afterwards. The unit it in a lovely location, but management is poor in communication or care for the guests.

Perfect getaway with amazing view!

This unit was very nicely decorated and was also very clean which is super important to me. The view for this unit is amazing! Loved sitting on the balcony with the close up view and sounds of the ocean. We also loved having the set up of the beach chairs and how secluded the beach area seemed. The area of Seagrove itself was also really nice and convenient to restaurants and shops and we could ride bikes anywhere. Especially loved eating at the Old Florida Fish House. This was a great place to stay and we will definitely plan on retuning in the future!

Great, family friendly building, quality condo!

I've stayed several times at this building and this is one of the nicest of the units I've been in!!! It's an end unit and has extra windows. The place was clean, seemed recently renovated with neutral and cosy items. Had a beach vibe without being over done. It felt zen! This rental did NOT come with beach chair rentals but it's easily arranged with the beach chair company for cheaper than most other places on the beach. There is very spotty cell service in this area of the beach and this unit had overall great wifi service, that isn't true of all the condo's I've stayed in. I was very happy and will pick this unit again next year!
