The Space:
This charming studio apartment embodies a cozy ski theme, creating the perfect mountain retreat for a solo or couples getaway. When you arrive at the building you will be greeted with a beautiful setting featuring alpine trees and the Blue River running past, all while being a short walk to Main Street. Inside the second-floor apartment, you will find an open and dynamic living space where you will find everything you need for entertaining and relaxing. Adding to the comfort of this home is a range of fantastic shared amenities that include two indoor hot tubs, two outdoor hot tubs, sauna, outdoor pool, fitness center, secure ski storage, and covered parking.
When you enter the home you will find a large cabinet and coat hooks providing a space to unload your outdoor gear before you settle in. Just a few steps off the entryway will take you to the open living space where you will find a queen-size bed and sleeper sofa on one side and a fully-equipped kitchen on the other. In the living room, you will find a plush 3-person couch next to a dresser with a 40” smart TV on top. Across from the couch is a queen-size bed tucked next to large windows and next to the fireplace creating a cozy space for a restful night. The living room boasts additional sleeping accommodations with the couch doubling as a pull-out bed, so all in your group can be sure to get a comfortable night of rest.
Easily prepare meals at home in the fully equipped kitchen that is adjacent to the living/bedroom area. The kitchen makes efficient use of its space with ample cabinet and counter space, a range of basic cookware, and a kitchen bar with seating for 2. On the other side of the kitchen bar, you will find additional seating options at a tall dining table with 2 chairs (but can be rearranged to seat 4) giving plenty of space for all in your group to dine together. The dining table is situated next to the sliding glass door that leads out to the private balcony, a cozy spot with two patio chairs perfect for relaxing while you take in the fresh mountain air and and views up & down the mountain valley.
Rounding out this cozy studio is a spacious full bathroom where you will find a large single-sink vanity, a bathtub/shower combo, and a stacked washer and dryer.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, one parking spot in a shared parking garage, and a variety of shared amenities which include a hot tub, sauna, pool, a small fitness center, and a ski locker. Guests will also have access to an on-site dining option for lunch and dinner, which even offers in-room service.

This home is in an incredible location, placing you within walking distance to all that Breck has to offer! Situated in a beautiful setting, immerse yourself in the nature of Breck with alpine trees all around and the Blue River running past. Walk the covered bridge across the river and be to Main Street or out on the slopes in no time. The BreckConnect Gondola is just over a 10-minute walk, or 3-minute drive connecting you to the bases of Peaks 7 and 8, and the Snowflake lift is just a 10-minute walk away, so you can be out your door and on the slopes in mere minutes! Breckenridge Ski Resort is 2.5 miles from home, from which you can access five different peaks, and enjoy the lovely aprés ski restaurants and venues. Breckenridge’s historic Main Street is less than a 10-minute walk away and is where you can enjoy countless shops, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and museums. Enjoy a walk along the Blue River Recreation path that runs parallel to the shops and restaurants of Main Street. If you are a live music fan be sure to check out some live music at Riverwalk Center, in the winter there is indoor heated seating and in the summer you can enjoy the music out on the lawn. In the Summer months, enjoy endless fun at Peak 8's Epic Discovery, where you can ride the alpine slide and roller coaster or play a round of mini golf. Getting Around:
From this well-located studio you can utilize the free ski shuttle service, or you can easily walk to all of the main attractions, ski lifts, eateries, and the bustling Main Street. Main Street is a 10-minute walk away, at which you can hop on the free Main Street trolley, a great option for exploring downtown Breckenridge. Or, quickly be up on the ski slopes thanks to the BreckConnect Gondola, which is located a 10-minute bus ride or 3-minute drive from the home and will take you to the bases of Peaks 7 and 8. The Breck free ride bus is a convenient option, with the River Mountain Lodge stop on the Gold Express Route just outside the home’s front door. Hop on the bus and find yourself connected to multiple bus routes that can get you anywhere you need to go in this one-of-a-kind town.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
The outdoor pool and hot tub are available daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Guests have access to the fitness center from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
