Freuen Sie sich auf zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten der Unterkunft, wie kostenfreies WLAN und einen öffentlichen Außenwhirlpool, um die Aktivitäten im Basisbereich zu beobachten. Diese 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer-Eigentumswohnungen sind einzigartig und erstrecken sich über drei Etagen des Axtel-Gebäudes. Der Eingang befindet sich an der Hangseite im dritten Stock mit Ski- und Fahrradkeller im Erdgeschoss. Wenn Sie die Wohnung betreten, werden Sie in das verbesserte Esszimmer und die Küche mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und Granit-Arbeitsplatten eingeführt. Der Speisesaal verfügt über einen Kamin (wir bevorzugen Duralogs), Sitzplätze für 8 Personen und einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Aufzüge. Halle Vollbad befindet sich auch im Einstiegsbereich, sowie ein Schlafraum, der bis zu fünf mit zwei Einzelbetten und Einzelbett Platz bietet. Die Kinder werden mit einem eigenen Flachbildfernseher in diesem Raum unterhalten. Weiter geht es zum offenen Wohnzimmer mit Bartresen und bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten für alle, die Sie mit einem großen Flachbildfernseher genießen können. Das Queen-Gästezimmer mit Flachbildfernseher befindet sich ebenfalls im zweiten Stock und ist mit einem Vollbad und einer Zwei-Personen-Sauna ausgestattet. Wenn Sie in die dritte und oberste Etage der Wohnung wechseln, werden Sie vom Hauptbadezimmer beeindruckt sein. Es verfügt über eine tief eingelegte, strahlende Badewanne, in der Sie sich nach einem langen Spieltag entspannen können. Sie können sich auch auf dem Kingsize-Bett ausruhen oder bei einigen Shows auf dem Flachbildfernseher entspannen. Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich auf der Eingangsebene. Bitte beachten Sie, dass diese Wohnung einige Treppen erfordert, aber die Lage ist einzigartig. Parkplatz für 1 vor Ort, Überlaufparkplatz für 1 zusätzliches Fahrzeug verfügbar.

Der KOSTENLOSE Mountain Express Shuttle fährt das ganze Jahr über von und nach Crested Butte und Umgebung. Das Axtel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptverkehrszentrum entfernt. Das Sommerprogramm läuft alle 20 Minuten ab. der Winterfahrplan läuft alle 15 Minuten ab; Schulter Jahreszeiten alle 40 Minuten.

Great Place for Families

We stayed here with our 2 adult children, their spouses And our grandchildren. It was perfect!!! Well appointed and a great location. I appreciated that they provided extra towels under each bathroom sink. Really a nice touch! I would highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous updated condo, master shower/steam room perfect for post skiing therapy. Owners did a great job with the space. If the condo was any closer to the lift you’d be eating and sleeping on the chairs. Definitely plan to stay again!

Right in front of the lifts.

The apartment is very spacious. Located right in front of the lifts, you really can't do better as far as location. If you are cooking breakfast, make sure you bring your own pan and spatulas. The pans were worn out and in bad condition.

Crested Butte Ski Trip

The location of this condo can’t be beat. Right at the base of the 2 Crested Butte base lifts. The condo was clean and nicely furnished with plenty of room for a large group. You do have to climb 2 flights of stairs outside the building to get to the front door and the condo itself has three levels so it isn’t a good property for people with stair climbing impairment. Otherwise it is a great property.

Great spot on the slopes!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo overall. VERY convenient location in relation to the slopes (but see re; stairs below)The kitchen is spacious and well stocked to be able to cook a meal. very easy to adjust the temperature inside to be comfortable. We were only able to find 2 humidifiers (we had people in all 3 rooms). The one in the master bedroom did not work the whole time, and both seemed to have black stuff keep coming out in the water. Either bring your own (very much needed up there!) or hope they are replaced. The biggest thing to be aware of (and maybe I missed it in the listing) is that the entrance to the condo is up 4 flights of stairs. There is no direct access to the front of the building from the parking lot, you have to walk around. Singage was kind of vague. An elevator would DO WONDERS in this building. So when you first arrive with luggage and groceries, be aware you have A LOT of stairs and carrying to do! We were not prepared for this. Thanks!

Decent place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a great location, right in front of the lift. It’s up quite a few stairs, but for going to and from the slopes it wasn’t bad— it was a huge pain for loading and unloading the car though. The condo was clean and had most everything we needed & everything worked fine. The parking lot is small but we were always able to find a spot. All in all it was a great spot to stay, my only complaint is that we never heard anything from the management company for checking in. I had booked through VRBO and tried messaging them the day of check-in and never heard back. I finally had to Google the company to find a phone number and wait for their after hours (office closes at 5) receptionist to figure out how to get us in.

Not our favorite stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only positive for us was that the location was optimal. We easily skied home for lunch each day. However, there were A LOT of stairs and a long walk from the parking area, which made it difficult to haul food, equipment, and luggage. The fireplace wasn’t a functioning fireplace. Additionally, my husband laid on the living room floor to do some stretching and there were peanuts all over the carpet as if it hadn’t been vacuumed since the last visitors. The TVs were not updated/smart, so we couldn’t cast to them or use any apps. Lastly, we tried to use the jacuzzi, but it was 109 degrees.

Ski-in, ski-out at the Silver Queen Lift

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo was fantastic, literally right at the Silver Queen Express. This is only slightly challenging during move in / out, when you have to lug gear across snow and upstairs, as the condo access is on the mountain side. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out across the 3 floors. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well equipped. The kitchen ware could use some updating, as there was limited glass ware, and nothing capable of cleaning pots and pans. The concept of the in unit sauna was great, but we couldn’t figure out how to get it working. Maybe it works, but an instruction sheet would help. The on-site hot tub is tucked around the corner of building and isn’t very big, but was in good shape.

Awesome Crested Butte Location

No dead bolt Stairs Better to be above neighbors Loud neighbors Location Confusing access Comfy beds Water pressure Dirty dishes Crappy pots and pans Good ski storage This location is fantastic! Yes, there are a lot of stairs, but it’s worth it. We had a pleasant stay overall. Just as with any accommodations there were some negative aspects. First the positives! My mom, who stayed back with our toddler, had a great view and could watch us come down right from the unit. There was ample ski storage in the unit and in the downstairs locker. We had enough room for our boots and other gear, but we only had 3 skiers among us. A larger group would run out of storage room quick. The beds were comfy and the water pressure is good. In unit laundry was very nice. The unit was very clean and tidy and there are humidifiers for each bedroom. There are a few aspects that could be improved easily. The dishes were pretty dirty upon arrival and after using the dishwasher once it was easy to see why. The assortment of pots, pans, and cooking utensils is pretty random. Most have loose handles or are otherwise not usable. There were no baking dishes. Most importantly, there are no deadbolt or chains or other ways to lock the doors in a childproof manner, even though the kids/bunk room is on the entry floor with one of the sliding doors in the bunk room. This was an issue for us, so an adults had to stay in the bunk room with one of the kids. Somehow, maybe through the vent fans, we could smell what the neighbors below us were cooking and smoking, especially when they burned dinner one night! The building access and stairways that go to different units is confusing, but alright once we figured it out. I felt like this could’ve been explained better at check in or they need to provide a better map! The neighbors were respectful and quiet after 10:00, with the exception of our last night. The unit below us had quite a party most of the night and woke up our son on the second floor. No one got a lot of sleep that night. Although the management calls for quiet time after 10:00, there was no contact information provided to report the problem. Overall, we would stay here again and recommend.

Three generations....

We wanted true ski-in/ski-out and this fit the bill. The description was accurate about the stairs. There are a lot of them. But the location s superb. We enjoyed watching the Silver Queen lift morning until dusk. (Note: the master bedroom overlooks the slope and the snowcat noise needed to be blocked by a big box fan.) Perks aside from the location are the wet and dry saunas and jet tubs for relaxing after hitting the slopes.
