It is newly renovated and It features a clean, high-end look with gorgeous, floor-to-ceiling gulf views available from EVERY SINGLE bedroom and the spacious living/dining room. This 1800 sq ft gem overlooks the adjacent Polynesian-style Lagoon Pool. Its 8th-floor location gives it the perfect height for both privacy and a view of the sand and surf!! The front two masters are beach-front, and they share an enormous beach-front balcony with the family room. The 3rd bedroom also faces the gulf and includes its own private balcony. Capturing the very essence of the emerald coast, the painted glass tile shower with marble sills and pebble base affords you an optional rain shower experience. The extra-large white subway tile shower also has an optional rain shower head, marble sills, and pebble base. The third bathroom features floor-to-ceiling emerald glass tile and a large soaking tub. This condo is PERFECT for ensuring the very best time with family and/or friends! The expansive, open kitchen has a quartz island with a stainless steel sink and appliances. No need to draw straws – with the double oven stove you can cook a pizza in one oven and oysters in the other! Start your days right with the coffee bar and relax in the evening with the wine bar and ice maker. Coming in from the beach? We have you covered with our entry sand room (mud room) and adjacent laundry room. Beautiful wood-look tile continues throughout the entire condo. Almost all lights are on accent dimmers to complement your mood from cheery to romantic. The family room entertains with an L-shaped leather couch and ottoman facing the Sony 65 inch 4K Smart UHD-TV. Each bedroom also comes with a large 48 inch Roku Smart HDTV. All with property-wide free WIFI and four free channels of HBO. The property features a gated entry and a friendly on-site security team. There is no parking garage or catwalk to traverse. With ample parking spaces, unloading is simple and parking is a breeze. The property also provides luggage carts. The low rise, low-density complex provides two easy access, fast elevators per building. Spend some time on the sugar-sand beach, take a dip in the grand lagoon pool, enjoy either of the two heated pools or relax in one of the 3 hot tubs. During the summer months, you can grab a bite from the poolside café.

Family vacation
We booked this vacation here because we love Long Beach as we have stayed in other properties here several times. We saw the listing for this beautiful upgraded condo and booked it as soon as we could. We arrived and had to go search for an office to check in. Did not like that. We arrive to the condo and I always check over everything before we unload, the condo was not clean, there was grass in one shower, popsicle sticks, and drink I think spilled all over the deck, crumbs on the floor and on the bench in the dining area, the frig had not been cleaned, food in sink, backsplash in kitchen was dirty, toilet in a bathroom was dirty, hair in shower, lint leftover from last guests in dryer, hair on beds, and a spider in the master bedroom bed when I turned covers back. I messaged host with pictures to tell him it was dirty and the response was thanks for the feedback I can use these to better train cleaners. He never offered to send them back to clean, which I was not going to accept I was going to clean myself but would have been nice to have been offered. We were allowed early check in, by host because condo was already clean, which was very nice and appreciated. Every unit I have ever stayed at in Long Beach offers beach chairs, this one did not. And with the price being higher than any other unit I have stayed in, would have been nice. Other than that the condo is beautiful and it is such a disservice that it wasn’t clean. The patio furniture is awful. Please get a couch.

wonderful for large group
The property was as advertised. Enough room for 10. Spacious kitchen and living, dinning area. The balcony was large and used often. Each bedroom had a bathroom. We were very pleased, talking about our next trip. The kids did go to the pool but enjoyed the beach more even with double red flags. They made sand castles, played frisbee and volley ball.

Beautiful condo!
The condo itself was great!! Plenty of room for 8 of us and each room with its own bathroom was a huge plus! My first complaint is that I received a text the day before arrival stating we had to go to the office to pick up our parking pass. My friends that have stayed in the resort there previously said they were always mailed to their home the week before checking in. We just drove 11 hours. Who wants to go out of their way and be in the car longer? It was a slight inconvenience and maybe something they should change in their process. It made us feel like they dropped the ball and didn’t apologize or weren’t interested in making it right. Secondly, all the towels and wrist bands were hidden. We thought we had none of either. All the towels were hidden in cabinets and a bowl of wrist bands was found at the end of the week in the cabinet above the microwave. They quickly delivered more towels as nobody knew they were already there. They also sent wrist bands to the office for us to pick up, as nobody knew those were actually hidden in the condo as well. We greatly enjoyed our stay otherwise and the condo itself was absolutely perfect.

Beautiful family weekend
This property was stunning and fully equipped. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms were beautiful. Our favorite hangout was the kitchen/dining and balcony area. Great views of the ocean, the lagoon pool and sunsets. Thank you so much for everything. The Team was amazing and we will definitely be back.

Great stay in PCB for 7 of us including 3 kids. Right on beach and communication with property manager was great. Check in seamless. Spacious and good for us to spread out - great views. Only a few issues, dryer was not working and washer didn’t work well. Pillows need a definite upgrade :) otherwise, wonderful experience. Would stay again.

The view was amazing from the living room and all 3 bedrooms. Hassle free check-in and check-out. Location was also convenient, close to the shops and groceries. Some minor things for our family was that the property is too close to a loud club. Another minor issue was that the living room TV never worked and no one came to fix it. With regards to cleanliness, the place was generally clean, sheets and towels etc were all very fresh and clean. Windows and furniture was clean. However, the floor had food crumbs around the dining area when we arrived.

We had a hiccup when we first arrived due to the previous cleaner however Amber was AWESOME she had it taken care of that day and they took care of it. The condo was beautiful and we had a great stay. We look forward to coming back. Could probably use new mattresses.

Great place…loads of room!
Space was just as pictured. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 5 teenagers…we completely appreciated the open kitchen and dining area and spacious bathrooms (which makes for getting out the door way more efficient). The ocean views were amazing and the beach service (for 4!) definitely adds to the value. The property manager was super responsive, and check in and out was a breeze. Walmart right across the street makes for a convenient grocery pickup (didn’t reserve enough in advance for delivery…schedule more than a week out). We highly recommend Gypsea Crepes for sweet crepes for breakfast and Mr Puffs for rolled ice cream 🍨. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again!!!

Best Property Management Company Ever
We had a wonderful experience! The condo was beautiful! The washing machine was broken, and the owners couldn’t get it fixed while we were there. The property manager went above and beyond, and washed our laundry for us! They were amazing! We can’t wait to stay here again.

It was an excellent property to stay in because of the location, rooms layout & ease of reserving, check in & out process. Only negative- worn mattresses but was durable and we made it work. Beautiful property. The Gulf-View was immaculate! Highly recommend- I will be staying here again whenever I come back to visit.

Wonderful family vacation!
Our whole family enjoyed every minute of our stay here in this beautiful condo! We had our kids , hubbies and grandkids with us! This condo is perfect for families! Long Beach condos are our favorite! This condo is super clean! We were able to cook breakfast , lunch and dinner and enjoyed all of it! The beach is perfect and the beach chairs and 3 parking passes are the icing on the cake!

Great place
This was a beautiful condo and you couldn't ask for a better location. Walmart across the street, a tiny running/biking trail also across the street and Pineapple Willy's almost a stone's throw. The elevators are lightening fast and super easy access to the beach. Our beach area was not densely populated at all. I thought it was funny to look 1000 yards down the beach toward Pineapple Willy's and not find an empty spot on the beach anywhere. The property manager reached out several times to make sure we were satisfied and had everything we needed. I have never experienced that type of kindness when renting a condo. The amenities in the condo were nice and met our needs. Cleanliness of the place was top notch! We didn't feel like we were staying in "someone else's house". The only thing I would change, if I could, would be better mattresses on the beds. The beds were pretty sunken in and all of us had sore backs.. Get some new mattresses and this place is absolutely heaven and we would come back time and time again!

Beautiful unit, great experience!
We are so thankful that we could still vacation this year in Panama City beach! 2 days before we were supposed to leave for PCB our original condo owner notified us that the AC was out and cancelled our trip. We had to find a new place to rent last minute, this was a blessing in disguise as the owners were wonderful to work with, excellent communication, everything was just as they said it would be! It was even an even better unit than the one we had pre iout renter. We are very grateful! You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Wonderful family vacation
Unit was just as posted in the pictures and description. Had everything we needed and K Tori was helpful for anything we needed. Have stayed at several units in Long Beach Resort but this has to be our favorite. My daughter and her 16 month old son used the 3rd bedroom and having a tub was perfect for him. My husband and I had the master and my son and girlfriend were in the second ocean side bedroom. Having 3 full bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. Having the end unit also allowed for more privacy. I could go on but you get the picture of our opinion or can ask questions.

Marcy (Property Manager) was extremely professional and prompt. The communication and directions made for extremely quick and easy access without any issues. The unit itself comfortably fit our party of 9 providing ample collaborative social space while also allowing for private space. Absolutely loved it!
