The second floor has 2 additional bedrooms with their own sink areas and a jack-and-jill toilet and shower area. Both floors have a back deck that overlook the marsh with furniture to enjoy the outside area. Located a quick bike ride from the Island Retreat shopping center and Red Fern Village, this makes a great island getaway!  The fireplace in this location is decorative and would not be operational.

Bedding Includes: 1 Queen, 1 Queen , 1 Twin over Double Bunk and a twin futon/sofa chair.

This property has 2 reserved parking places directly in front of the residence.

This property will permit one pet under #35 with a non refundable pet fee of $150.
