Tradewinds unit 1301 is a 2-BR, 2 BA penthouse condo located DIRECTLY on the beach in Orange Beach, AL. Situated on the 13th floor, this corner unit offers stunning beach views. This meticulously maintained, professionally decorated condo features tile throughout, a well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, Wi-Fi, & washer/ dryer. With a queen bed in the master BR and 2 Captain Beds in BR2, this condo can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The Space:
Unit 1301 features keyless entry, stack washer/ dryer, Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchen complete with all of the utensils and cookware that you will need. Bedding consists of a queen bed in the master and 2 Captain Beds (bunk beds with a full-sized bed on bottom and twin on top) in the second bedroom. There is a normal couch and a sectional couch in the living area (NO sofa sleeper). There is no dining table. The balcony is the ideal spot for taking in the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico and has a table and chairs with seating for four. Guests are sure to enjoy the swim-through indoor/ outdoor pool, BBQ area, expansive sundeck, and easy beach access. Be sure to rise off at the outdoor shower on the boardwalk before heading back into the condo.

Guest Access:
This condo is directly on the beach. Property amenities include on-site security, beachside outdoor pool, swim-though indoor pool, and BBQ area. Beach chairs/ umbrellas are provided for a fee by third-party beach service companies.
