The Space:

Leave your worries behind the minute you step into Regency Isle 1104. Every attention to detail has been given to this condo from the bright and cheery living/dining area to the soothing bedrooms. The views from the living area, master bedroom, and balcony from this 11th floor, spacious, 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo are breath-taking. It also provides a gorgeous view to the north of Ono Island and Ole River.
The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped for those who like to cook at the condo. Regency Isle 1104 has both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining table seats 6 comfortably. A breakfast bar with additional seating for 2 separates the kitchen and dining areas. A wet bar with ice maker is located just steps from the living area. The living area has plenty of seating, a flat screen TV, DVD, and a wrap-around view of the gulf! Glass doors open to the balcony from the living area and from the master bedroom.
The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bath with a jetted tub, separate shower and double vanity. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds, flat screen TVs and bathrooms with tub/shower combination. All three bedrooms are tastefully decorated with plenty of closet space and bed-side lamps for reading.
The laundry room at Regency Isle 1104 is equipped with Wi-Fi, a new full-size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, brooms, mop, etc.
Located less than a half mile from the Flora-Bama, Regency Isle is the perfect spot to stay when attending any of the Flora-Bama events such as Frank Brown International Songwriters Festival, Mullet Toss, New Year’s Eve Party, or Bulls on the Beach.
This unit offers TWO reserved and covered parking spots on the second parking level.
Please be aware that our condo is a non-smoking condo even on the balcony.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all of the complex amenities that you expect from a premier gulf-front resort such as: gulf-side pool and hot tub, indoor heated pool and hot tub, sauna/seam rooms, fitness room, picnic/cooking pavilion with gas grills, volleyball court and horseshoes. The business center/conference room has internet access and a copier/fax machine available.
The Neighborhood:
When you're not grilling or dining in at this beautiful condo, sample one of many local eateries around town - several have been featured in Southern Living Magazine. The famous Flora-Bama Lounge & Oyster Bar is only a short 5-minute walk from the unit and is a local hotspot for freshly shucked oysters, delicious seafood, and a litany of fun events such as their annual Interstate Mullet Toss!
Drive 6 miles down the island to the Lost Key Golf Club. Here you can play a round of golf on a picturesque course and enjoy lunch in the restaurant afterwards. This beautiful 18-hole course is situated near Dolphin Pass on Perdido Key and was redesigned by the famous Arnold Palmer Design Group. Other golfing choices around Orange Beach include Craft Farms, Glen Lakes, and more.
This unit is a short 5-minute drive to downtown Orange Beach, grocery stores, and is situated near local shopping centers and restaurants. There are numerous places nearby for rental needs such as jet skis, stand-up paddle boards, and helicopter tours of the coast! Also, within a short 10-minute drive are State and National Gulf Coast Parks. Conveniently located, there is something nearby for everyone to see and do!

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
Upon arrival, you will get parking pass from our office which is 4.8 miles from the complex. If coming in town from the Beach Express, it is only one mile “out of the way”.
Interaction with Guests:
We live locally and are available if needed. Office hours are M-F, 8AM-4PM. Sat/Sun, 10AM-12PM. After-hours calls are fielded by a call center who will notify us in the event of an emergency. After-hours messages will be fielded the next business day.
