With a wall of windows there are views from all parts of the home's living and sleeping spaces. There's a curved porch off living space with a new grill and new high-end outdoor furnishings for entertaining, relaxing or just enjoying the peacefulness. There are several special seating rooms and covered porches to take in the serenity. Just steps away is the Pool, Beach Access, Ocean Point Golf Course and Ocean Point Grill. The first floor Master Bedroom has a fireplace and a newly renovated in 2024 en suite bath. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and an office. The third floor, known as the Bunk Room, has 3 sets of bunk beds with full size beds on the bottom of each. This room is large, has an en suite bath, private deck, and a new Xbox and Sony Play-station for entertainment. All bedrooms and living room have a Roku smart tv and Hargray Cable and High-Speed Wi-Fi. The house has tasteful art pieces throughout, and large windows in each bedroom overlooking the ocean. In the living room the back wall has wide windows too allow for a great view of the ocean. Hardwood floors throughout the home.

This Ocean Point Lane home is backed directly to the ocean, offering a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean from ALL bedrooms in the home. Truly one of the best views on the island.

A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
