Inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright, this privately gated property is an architectural accolade for the Santa Ynez Valley. The home was intentionally built on the property’s highest hillside to take advantage of the expansive panoramic views of Ballard Canyon wine trail.
Gorgeous views and unique custom design are showcased in every room of the 3,700 square foot home. With three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and a loft office space that sleeps two – This home truly has it all!

This home offers a private gated pool, bocce ball area with string lighting, seating and a expansive lawn.
Relax in the jacuzzi or enjoy a glass of your favorite wine or morning coffee on the large patio that overlooks the western Santa Ynez Valley!

Rancho Los Venados, named for the resident deer that also call this home offers plenty of space for the entire family to relax and reset during their stay.
The first floor has a open large floor plan, living space with TV, gas fireplace, dining area and stunning panoramic views!
Two king en-suite bedrooms, full laundry and guest powder room are also located on the first floor.
The kitchen is a great place to bring everyone together to prepare a meal, there's an island, family room and second dining area just off the kitchen.
On the second floor you'll find the third en-suite queen bedroom, an office area with a pull out sofa and play and game area for the little ones.

There are several nooks and cranny's to explore both inside and out on this property, including a crows nest at the top of the home. It's the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle but conveniently located less than 10 minutes from downtown Solvang!

Has it all!

Incredible house. Phenomenal view to wake up to every morning. Love that they have Jacuzzi, pool, large yard, bocci ball. Plenty of seating and comfortable furniture. 5 minute drive to Solvang downtown and some unforgettable wineries. Very secluded and private property. Even has a cool little rooftop!

Perfect Stay

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house views are unbeatable! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and relaxing on the deck. The location was perfect, Solvang and Santa Ynez is right down the road which makes it very convenient to pop into restaurants and go explore. We loved our time and will be coming back!

Perfect peaceful getaway

The property is in a perfect location. You feel as though you are far from the hustle and bustle, but you are only 5 minutes from three different towns.It was cold and rainy some of the days we were there, but the home offered a great space, natural light, fireplaces, a spa, tons to keep you occupied.I would definitely stay again if I end up in the area.Also, Jordan is extremely helpful and very responsive!

Friendsgiving

Our family and two sets of friends rented this stunning house for the long Thanksgiving break. The location is stunning with epic views and privacy. The kitchen is big and well stocked, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Extremely clean and well maintained. The pool, hot tub and bocce court are all situated with views. Lots of wildlife and hawks swooping by the living room windows. We fried a turkey with all of the trimmings for eight people and felt very at home and comfortable. We highly recommend it and Jordan is a great host, available when needed. Perfect location for wine tasting and experiencing the best of Los Olivos, Solvang, Santa Ynez, Buellton and Lompoc - right in the middle. We look forward to coming back.

Beautiful Location

The views, location, and size of the property can't be beat. We were a little disappointed in the condition of the house and the grounds. The property is old and in need of some renovation and updates. Lovely, but not up to the standard of a luxury rental.

Just a perfect get away

The house was perfect for my family. When cooking in the kitchen, we all gathered around the island. Then moved over to the dining room enjoying the incredible views. The style of the home takes you back to the 70’s. Cool retro feel. Honestly it is all about the views and overall spaciousness of this wonderful home. We will be back. Had a perfect time.

Relaxing weekend in Solvang

We loved this house. Its s beautiful older home and the view and grounds are spectacular. We’d love to stay again. The only complaint is the windows were filthy and we asked for them to be cleaned.The property manager said they were only cleaned twice a year. For $1000 a night windows need to be cleaned, at least the main ones. There were also spiders in the home…. quite a few. The house needs window screens on all the windows, half of them were missing, that explains all the creepy crawlies. The home provided all the things needed and that was really nice, even a bottle of local wine (nice touch!). Its very close to everything the local area offers and that was fabulous.

Ranch of the Deers

This is our 2nd time staying here. The highlight of this property are the views and watching the deers roam early in the morning. The house is clean and comfortable. It needs a little TLC I realized this time around.

A very special property! The house is spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and very clean. The views are stunning in all directions. Great place for a wine weekend away with your girlfriends!

The house is stunning. We had 5 girls stay in the house, beautiful accommodations. We had drinks by the pool and played bocce ball. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. The patio was perfect for sipping wine and eating while the sun set. We felt very safe and the guest book had great recommendations for restaurants and wineries as well as clear instructions for check in and out.

Friends Wine Tasting Getaway

We really loved the property overall. Our only issue and I wouldn't even call it an issue was that the windows in the living room area were really dirty. It was shame to have that beautiful breathtaking view and have to look through dirty windows to see it. Other than that, everything was great!

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed the stunning views, beautiful grounds and comfortable, spacious home! The playroom full of puzzles and toys was a nice surprise for us and our child, and we loved the bocce court too. We were also treated to daily views of soaring hawks practically at eye level outside the main floor windows. Our host was great at communicating, the whole experience was top notch!

Upon arrival you walk through the front door and straight to the back patio to an awesome view of the valley. The place is spacious, comfortable and there is a view from literally every room. House is fully outfitted for a relaxing stay.
