'Sea Sabella' features designer furnishings and unique touches with every detail, even specialty milled stunning sunken cypress siding reclaimed from some of North Florida's own rivers! Upon arrival, guests can park in private parking and make their way to the entry door. On the first floor, guests are greeted with two king primary suites, each with an ensuite bathroom, and a first-floor secondary living room with plenty of seating and space. Off the living room is an expansive first-floor deck, featuring lighted dining for eight, a generous seating and lounge area, and a gas grill for a cookout or a wine night with the crew.
Next, ascend the stunning custom-milled rift-sawn white oak staircase with glass railings to the second floor's generous living areas and expansive balcony deck. This floor features a state-of-the-art kitchen, adjacent living, and dining. The chef-inspired kitchen includes Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine cooler & ice machine, Wolf oven & range, Bosch dishwasher, Kohler sink, Blanco faucet, and custom cabinets in a wengae finish that reach to the ceiling. At the center of it all is a gorgeous, large white marble kitchen island with waterfall sides, a popular place to visit and stay connected. The German-made Roeder folding glass wall opens up to the extraordinary split-level teak deck that provides unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Walk out the balcony doors and onto the open-air deck, featuring a large wrap-around sectional, gulf views, and seating throughout. This lounge area serves as another amazing spot to experience views in Seaside, FL, like never before, from the comfort of your own beachfront cottage.
An open third story is devoted solely to the king primary bedroom suite, which features a private, full bath with a glass-enclosed rain shower, light-therapy jetted Oceania tub, Kohler and Hansgrohe faucets and luxurious vein cut silver travertine throughout. A vanity area is located nearby. Off the king primary suite lives a private, generous open-air deck with chaise loungers for two, a perfect beachfront escape with stunning gulf front views. *5-night stay for Spring, Spring Break, & Summer; 3 night for Fall and winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign the registration.
