Unsere unberührte zweistöckiges Strandhaus auf Fairway Drive in der Stadt Bethany Beach. Es ist nur vier Blocks vom Meer und eine sehr leicht zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad in Bethany. Das Haus befindet sich auf der östlichen esten Straße von Bethanien West, so dass Sie Zugang zu den Gemeinschaftspools und Tennisplätze haben. (Eine schöne Sportbecken und Tennisplätze sind nur wenige Schritte von unserem Haus entfernt.) Unsere Straße ist ruhig, beachy, und sicher für Kinder auf Fahrrädern und unserem Hof ist sonnig und grasbewachsenen. Die Bibliothek und die katholische Kirche sind rechts den Block und die Bethany Stadt Wagen hält alle 30 Minuten auf unserer Ecke. Es ist großartig für den Transport von kleinen Kindern und Strand Gang.

Das Haus ist ein charmantes, zweistöckigen "Salz box 'mit zwei Schlafzimmern im Erdgeschoss und zwei große Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss. Große Badezimmer mit WC sind auf der Etage. Im Erdgeschoss Bad verfügt über eine Jacuzzi-Badewanne und separater Duschkabine. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und Kabel-TV. Das zweite Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss hat zwei Einzelbetten. Im Obergeschoss können Urlauber in allen möglichen Kombinationen schlafen wie ein Schlafzimmer hat zwei Doppelbetten, ein Doppelbett und TV, und das andere Schlafzimmer hat vier Einzelbetten.

Die Küche ist hell und modern, ist das Wohnzimmer voll von bezaubernden bequemen Möbeln und verfügt über Kabel-TV, und die Sonne Veranda aus der Küche hat einen großen Esstisch, die zwölf Sitze problemlos für große Familienessen. An der Seite ist ein Kinder Tabelle, die vier Kleinen Platz und es gibt einen Kinderhochstuhl.

Das gesamte Haus ist frisch in hellen Sommerfarben gestrichen. Wir haben zwei-Zonen-zentrale Klimaanlage und eine komfortable Waschküche. Draußen gibt es zwei Decks mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem fabelhaften private Dusche im Freien (unter freiem Himmel), die jeder liebt! Das Haus ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern und ideal für zwei Familien zu teilen.

Perfect for families

This house was great! We were 4 adults and 3 kids and had beds/space to spare. It is perfect for little kids- there were lots of toys and books in the house, a deck right off the kitchen, and the access to the community pool was incredible for our littles. It was clean and homey. We all loved it and would consider renting again next year, too!

Great house, short walk to downtown Bethany

Lovely house with great beds for our guests! We had many family style dinners on the porch, ate outside often, and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Excellent communication throughout the rental experience.

Love Bethany Beach!

House was well located. It was a short walk to the beach which gave our grandchildren the freedom to enjoy Bethany Beach. House had a well stocked kitchen, large rooms and was clean. We enjoyed to porch, front deck and outside shower. It was easy to get to the beach either by walking, taking the trolley or driving. The resident parking pass gave you additional parking availability. Bethany Beach is a wonderful family destination.

At Last!

After trying to coordinate a family vacation for several years we finally made it happen. Our stay at Bethany Beach was wonderful! House was perfect for us. Plenty of room, large kitchen, screened porch that accommodated all of us for meals. Large living room with plenty of seating. The parking pass allowed us to drive our beach gear and our youngest family members while the rest of us walked the mile or so to the beach--great for relieving the guilt of the various treats we consumed along the boardwalk. Overall, the best first family vacation we could have expected.

Wonderful vacation experience

I must say, the pictures for this property don't do it justice. As soon as we walked in everyone was squealing at how spacious and bright it was. The layout is wonderful and there was plenty of space for our group of 9 (could have easily fit a couple more). All appliances were as stated, and worked. We didn't make use of the trolley but did see it on a number of occasions, and it seems very easy to make use of. We had a pretty easy time finding parking near the beach and also visited the pool which everyone loved. The outdoor shower was so convenient after the beach. My kids enjoyed the extra toys as well. The one thing I would’ve liked, but wouldn’t mark it down for because they didn’t claim to have it was a grill. There’s a nice deck that attaches to the eating area and it would’ve been so nice to grill one day. We stay in a lot of vrbo’s and thoroughly enjoyed this one :)

Beach retreat

Great place to stay while visiting Bethany beach. The house was perfect…toys for the little ones, great outdoor shower, comfortable and room enough for everyone! Short walk to the beach or easy access for the trolley ride. Would highly recommend this place for a wonderful getaway!

Very relaxing stay in great location near everything in Bethany

The owners were great to communicate with - organized and efficient but also laid back and hands-off (in a good way). As a result the check and and check out process was a breeze with no stress (and without the typical laundry list of things you are asked to do when checking out of a home that can be exhausting). The property was as pictured and the community amenities were great and also very easy to locate and stress free to get a daily or weekly pass. We had 2 "preteens" and when we were not at the beach they were able to walk or ride bikes and to the amenities and actually occupied themselves and left us alone! The parking pass and trolley stop right outside the house were wonderful bonuses. One small thing but we left a few things there and the owners found them and mailed them back to us so quickly and did not even take us up on offering to pay the cost. We would rent here again if we were vacationing in the area.

Fine but not great

The house was mostly as listed but the large eating area was on a screened porch and there was no way to make it cool enough for all of us to eat together. The eat in kitchen with the a/c only has a small table seating 4. The house is also old and needs updating seriously. One of the air conditioning vents was leaking when we arrived and there was a large wet spot in the carpet in one of the upstairs bedrooms. And the cleaning service did a terrible job. There were grimy handprints on the front door, coffee grounds still in the coffee pot and a dirty toilet brush in one of the bathrooms. Plus the house was very musty. It hit you every time you opened the front door. The positives are the beds were comfortable and it was very nicely decorated.

Fantastic Time

The house was plenty big for 8 adults and 2 kids! The play kitchen and babies was a huge hit with the grandkids, they kept themselves content for hours. The Trolley stop is just across the street and is just under a mile walk to the beach. The only thing that would have been better is if the pool would have been included in the cost. There is a separate fee to use that. Other than that, we had a fantastic time!!

Wonderful vacation home, wonderful vacation

The pictures on this site don't do this house justice. The house was incredibly clean and spacious. We loved the sunroom! So perfect for two families to share. A short walk to the beach and a cute playground for young children at the corner. It was so easy to get to the beach that we never even made it to the pool. We can't wait to go again next year!
