Great place for a quick stay

We wanted a place close to the UU campus since we were doing a tour for our son. Perfect location to the campus as well as good eating options, as well as heading out east of town to hit the snow for a day. Safe and secure as well as quiet. Good gym, pool, hot tub, and clubhouse on location. No issues at all. Would recommend and will stay again if our son chooses the U for school.

The condo was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. Excellent communication from the host made check-in a breeze - we would definitely stay here again. Twenty minute commute to snow skiing.

Perfect Home Base between University of Utah and mountains!

We used this property as a home base for our college visit/snowboarding/hot spring tour. It was the perfect location to easily travel to University of Utah and all the ski mountains. The unit was clean, with the perfect amount of space, and we really enjoyed the hot tub (the pool was closed during our time there). The parking garage is a plus. We had trouble unlocking the unit when we first arrived, but Bill answered right away and had us inside in no time. We will be back!

Great location and stay

This was a ski trip to Park City and this place was nicely situated and more affordable than staying next to the resort. It is close to shopping and eateries. One nice surprise, which we don’t find in the majority of rentals is it had a crockpot. Why did this excite us? Well after a whole day on the slopes, the last thing you feel like doing is to cook so it is nice to come home to find a hot meal and the smells of chili, pot roast or stew. That was a nice touch.

First of all this is a well stocked place. We had everything we needed! The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. I slept very well. The place is very clean & tidy. Close to shops & restaurants. My cousin & I enjoyed staying here. I recommend booking this place.

Clean and comfortable

We booked this VRBO when dropping our daughter off to the University of Utah. We wanted a pool and hot tub to enjoy after the hectic day of getting her moved in and shopping. Unfortunately the hot tub was closed but the pool was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place, well outfitted, convenient location

The place was very clean and had all the supplies you could want. It was very comfortable for our family of 3. Located (walking distance!) near grocery and shops of all varieties. Near express way. Easy checkin. We were visiting our daughter (who goes to school in SLC). She was able to come stay with us. We were able to cook some of her favorite meals. We will Definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay for the Park City Commute!

My family and I stayed here for a few days as I was working and skiing. Location was very convenient for hopping on I-80 to get to Park City in about 30min. The unit was clean, comfortable, and a great value. Definitely liked the free garage parking as well!

Beautiful apartment but a few issues.

The apartment was very nice. There was a problem getting into the apartment as we were given the wrong elevator code and had to have another resident get us to our floor.The biggest problem was the mattress! All of the beds had had the same issue. They were so hard that I ended up sleeping on the couch! I would suggest at least 1 slightly softer mattress!

Great, Convenient Location

Went Skiing at the nearby resorts and this condo has quick access to freeways to get where we needed go very quickly. We saved a ton of money not staying at or near the resorts. Restaurants, Grocery Stores and anything else you might need are plentiful and close by.

Most Amazing Stay Ever.

The apartment was beautiful. But not only that, the host you can tell really put in an effort to have everything you might need and wouldn’t find at a hotel ie cooking equipment, blender, spices, everything for laundry and I could go on and on. Bill, the host was very responsive and even stopped in to help me set up a bedroom tv that I was having trouble connecting to WiFi. My mom has mobility issues and having an elevator where she didn’t have to do stairs was a life saver. I would absolutely stay again. Thanks Bill!

The little things made a big impression

This apartment is in a great location and very clean and worked well for my adult children and me for our ski getaway. But, it was the little things that were provided that made our stay easier and better - spices and coffee, crock pot, rice cooker, dishwasher and laundry detergent, etc. We didn't need it, but there were also baby/toddler items provided. The games provided us with hours of fun at night! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Nice For a Small Group

The property was clean and well maintained. Having two bathrooms for the two bedrooms made it possible for two couples to stay here very comfortably with enough privacy. We were in town for a long weekend and were able to enjoy the pool as well as the fitness center. The communication with Bill and company was perfect. We received all instructions ahead of time and felt comfortable with our understanding of everything prior to check in. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit to salt lake City. The only thing we were not advised of ahead of time was a unit inspection for the condo that was scheduled during our stay. The rest of our group was able to handle it, however I was in the shower when the fire alarm went off for testing.

Comfortable and convenient

We (2 adults, 2 kids) were very comfortable there, much more comfortable than the hotel we stayed at before. There are a couple factors that I didn't think too much about when booking the property but turned out to be very convenient. First, it was very easy to get on the 80 because the direction we came from wasn't as busy and both directions' entrances were right turns; this saved a few minutes and some stress every day. Second, the indoor parking allowed our vehicle to stay a comfortable temp despite the scorching sun outside, and there were always convenient spots available. The grocery store across the street was very good but a little too expensive for a family of 4 for a week. We did our shopping at other cheaper stores a little further away. The communication from the manager was great. I felt bad that I couldn't reply (problem with vrbo site / app) but it would have been simply to say "thank you" because they provided all the info I could need before I needed it.

Element31 revisited

This is the second time in two years to stay at Element31 in Salt Lake City. The first time was in a different unit and was not as nice as this one although the floor plan was identical. Everything seemed clean and in order except the floors. Our feet got really dirty walking around the unit barefoot. The pool is quite nice and was the primary reason we returned to the same building and the property was conveniently located for our personal needs. I had to contact the owner and the property manager about an issue at the pool but both were very responsive. I do wish that the main bedroom had a chest of drawers in the main closet otherwise there was very little place to unpack our suitcase for a four night stay. I would definitely consider returning to this unit. Since we have grandchildren living about ten minutes away who like the pool, it is almost a certainty for next summer.
