Outside, the expansive outdoor space presents two oceanfront decks boasting gorgeous views of the sea and the sand. The lower deck has al fresco dining and ample seating, whereas both decks feature unforgettable sunrise views. Additional al fresco dining is available on the right side of the home, at the picnic table. A gas grill, large outdoor shower, and adult bikes round out the exterior amenities.
Inside, the open layout is surrounded by vaulted ceilings, warm wood finishes, and comfortable furnishings. Sit back and enjoy streaming your favorite TV shows here, or head up to the loft where the kids can play their favorite games. When hunger arises, all of your culinary creations can be whipped up amidst updated appliances, gleaming countertops, and a wine fridge.
The five bedrooms cater to your comfort with their soft linens, TVs, and charming nautical mementos. Additional interior perks include a private washer/dryer, a Ping-Pong table, central air-conditioning, internet access, and a Pack-N-Play.
When you aren't hanging out on the beach (available directly from your back door), visit the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, Fenwick Island State Park, Discoversea Shipwreck Museum, Viking Golf & Go-Karts, Northside Park, and the Freeman Arts Pavilion.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The outdoor shower is not available during the off-season which runs approximately from October through March/April.
To access the loft, guests must climb a ladder, and is not "senior" friendly. The loft has a sloped ceiling so anyone over 5' needs to be very careful of the overhead beams.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
