The inviting living room is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure, featuring a wood-burning fireplace, seating for five—including a queen sleeper sofa—and a smart TV with Dish TV service. The dining area seats four, making meals easy to enjoy together. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances, including a glass-top range and dishwasher, and offers access to the exterior balcony for some fresh air and relaxation.
The main bedroom is a comfortable retreat with a queen bed, a massage chair for ultimate relaxation, and a mounted TV with Dish TV service. The adjacent hall bath includes a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third bedroom features two twin beds. A second hall bath with a shower stall is conveniently located near these bedrooms. For added convenience, there's a full-size washer and dryer in a closet off the living room.
WiFi access is available, and guests are welcome to use the charcoal grills located in the complex courtyard for outdoor meals. The condo is accessible by a flight of stairs.

PARKING: One unassigned parking space is available.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee. The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash from homes must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. Dumpsters are available at condos but may be full at peak periods. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Dogs are ONLY allowed in designated dog-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
