Create lasting memories with family and friends in this cozy modern 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome. Altitude is located at the top of Valley Drive adjacent to the Orient chair making it the perfect ski in/ski out location steps from your front door.

Summer season starts in late June and from our home you are a close to Morrisey Biking trails, McGillivray Lake for canoeing, paddle boarding or kayaking and Sun Peaks Golf Course. A short ride to the village and you can access lifts for downhill biking or alpine hiking. Walk Through the Space from Top to Bottom:

On the upper level, there are 3 bedrooms with 4 beds to sleep 7. The master bedroom has a queen bed, Apple TV, walk through closet and ensuite with a double vanity and an enclosed shower. The second bedroom also has queen bed with a large closet and the third bedroom has a double over queen bunk bed. You will also find the main bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a full sized washer and dryer on this level.
The open concept main level is perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The chef’s kitchen has custom wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, upgraded appliances and a large island that seats 4. There is a large selection of small appliances including Drip Coffee and Nespresso coffee makers, griddle, food processor, blender, electric fondue pot and slow cooker for all your memorable meals. Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and basic seasonings are provided in addition to pantry staples. The counter height dining table seats 6 with extensions that can accommodate up to 10 using the stools from the island. Also on this level, a convenient powder room and patio with private hot tub that accommodates 5-6. The cozy living room with TV and gas fireplace provides ample room to simply unwind after a day on the slopes and watch a movie, do a puzzle or play one of the board games available. The couch is a queen sofa bed as well.

Upon arrival, you will find one parking spot in the unit driveway and one spot in the tandem garage/ski room if necessary. Large SUV’s or trucks should park in the driveway or in additional guest parking in marked spots around the complex available on a first come first serve basis. The heated garage is the spot to start and end your day on the slopes. Store all your sports gear with plenty of seating for getting ready to ski or ride on any of the 3 mountains.

Other things to note:

* Our home does not have air conditioning for summer stays. There are fans available along with alpine evening breezes to make sleeping comfortable.
• Altitude is a non-smoking/vaping complex per strata bylaws and includes anywhere in the home, all common property areas, on patios or within 8 meters of windows, doors or air intake.
• There is security doorbell camera at the front entry.

Great Stay

Brand new home, super clean and very well kept. Excellent ski-in / ski-out location, free shuttle stop near by. Extremely well equipped, literally has everything you need. Great communication from the host / manager. Will definitely come back again.

Really beautiful property with all the amenities we could have asked for. True ski in/out location. Shuttle stop is just a short walk from the property as well. The property owner was very kind & responsive to any questions we had. In our down time we really enjoyed the hot tub, games & puzzles. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Retreat

We booked this unit for our annual ski vacation and loved it. The unit was immaculate, tastefully furnished/decorated, and very thoughtfully appointed. Owners seem to have thought of everything. Communication with the owner was fantastic. Ski-in/out access was very good. Have never felt more comfortable and "at home" in any vacation rental.

Beautiful townhouse with fantastic ski in and ski out access. Fully stocked kitchen had everything we could have needed and more! Comfortably slept an adult family of 8 - we did use the pull out. Fantastic accommodations, location, and host.

The property was very well stocked with kitchen, bathroom, and all essentials. This is not just someone’s side-hobby part-time rental like we are accustomed, this feels like the warmth of a well cared for home (what we are all really looking for in a VRBO). The communication by the host, from booking to pre-arrival, during our stay and for departure was all exceptional. The details are so appreciated - extra towels, blankets, pillows, heated floors, shampoo, body wash, laundry and dishwasher supplies, a drip and Nespresso coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, fondue pot, electric tea kettle, tons of pots and pans, a great assortment of spices and cooking basics. I counted about 70 steps to the ski run from the garage, which had excellent storage for our ski gear AND boot / glove warmers. The TV has Telus cable, but also all the streaming apps - you just need to login or cast from your iPad (which was pretty easy). The neighbors were all very friendly, and we found everything we could need at the two on-mountain grocery stores (both have a better assortment for vacation travelers than what we found in Kamloops). The liquor store in the village had a pretty good selection of wine and beer, but if you have specific tastes you may want to stock up on the alcohol in Kamloops before heading up.Overall, the location was as good as any, the sunset from the front window was beautiful every day, and even though it was frigid outside, the home was warm and welcoming.

Wonderful

Great ski in/out home half way up Orient lift. The condo is modern, clean and well appointed with thoughtful touches with skiers in mind like a great heated garage with boot heater/dryers and room to get ready for the slopes. Great kitchen made it easy to cook in every night. Comfy beds too. Nice private hot tub which was great as it was bitter cold during our stay. Our host Frances was just great to deal with. We were 3 couples and that’s about the right amount for a very comfortable stay. First class all the way!

Incredible!

We had an amazing stay here. Frances was great! The house was very well thought out for skiing and snowboarding. First you are just steps from the run that takes you to the orient which is a very quite part of the resort. Then after a long day of skiing you have everything you need to be comfortable and ready to skiing the next day. The garage is heated with plenty of space to hang skis and snowboards, jackets, and warmers for your boots and gloves. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook meals which came in very handy. The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were clean, warm, and comfortable. We did drive into the village which was a very short easy drive but we also saw people making the hike. We highly recommend this place and are already planning next years trip!

Great ski out/ski in access. Beautifully finished garage provides excellent area to don/doff ski gear. We particularly enjoyed the boot/gear dryers. Upstairs to main floor with incredibly well furnished kitchen, nice large dining area, and well appointed living space. Three bedrooms all up on third level with appropriate bathrooms. Extra linens and towels as well as new laundry also on third level. All the appliances are brand new as Altitude is one of the most recently finished building groups in the East Village. Only complaint is the adjoining walls don’t fully insulate from neighbor noise, we could hear children next door running up/down stairs and occasionally could hear conversational voice levels.
