This spacious villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms . Renovated and beautifully decorated with love in 2022. From the moment you enter, the neutral tones, modern finishes, decorative lighting, and views of the outdoors will greet you.
New Interior doors/hardware. Attic blown w/insulation. Kitchen has SS appliances and cookware. It also has a ring doorbell, alarm, camera system, & more.

The house is fully fenced out with a 6’ solid fence for privacy.

Not a family friendly area

The location of the home was not family friendly. The area was not one we felt safe in and we felt we could not walk around with our kids. There was a gang of people smoking pot outside in the street which drifted to the front of the property and made enjoying the pool with kids impossible. The home was big enough and appeared clean but had a strong smell of deodorizer and the back bathroom had a smell of cat urine. Definitely one of my worst VRBO experiences.

Nice 4 bedroom w/ pool

Great house. Nice pool & hot tub. Extremely helpful host. Neighborhood looked a little scary, but the house had a fence, lots of exterior lighting & cameras. Overall - we had a great stay

Wonderful birthday celebration

We recently rented this house to celebrate a family birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The house itself was incredibly comfortable and spacious, easily accommodating all of our guests. Everyone raved about how comfortable the beds were and how well they slept.The house was also well-equipped with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, making it easy for everyone to relax and socialize.The highlight, however, was definitely the pool. It was absolutely beautiful and provided hours of enjoyment for everyone.We had a fantastic time celebrating at this lovely rental house and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Nice Owner/host

For the positive owner/host was easy to reach. Now for the not so positive. The neighborhood is NOT great at all. Need to ensure property is clean for the next guest. (Garbage did not go out and was very stink, when we left the garbage was still there. The prior guest did not clean their dog poop was all over the walkway. The pool was not cleaned when we arrived and was cleaned the day after. All carpets/rugs were dirty and old. Property is not well maintained.

Super Responsive Host

We booked our party of 15 for this property with less than 24 hour notice due to another property falling through woth no notice. The host was amazing and very accomodating. They made our really stressful travel so much better. Property fit us well. Lots of cots. Perfect for before our cruise.

Day before cruising

House was nice, and was clean. We got early check in, which was great, we used the pool and yard, and after cleaning crew completed, we occupied the house. 10 of us, showered, and slept comfortably. Would recommend, and would return.
