The minimum rental age for this property is 25 for both the complex and the condo. Guest staying at the property must show proof of age to security. There are no exceptions.
***During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Parking Notes:
The Parking garage at Tidewater has a maximum height restriction of 7 feet. Parking spaces aren't dedicated. Parking Garage is located across the street from the building. A code is required to access the parking garage (this is your gate code). There is a sky bridge on level 2 that will take you across the street to the main building. You will also receive wristbands that will give you access to onsite amenities and a parking pass.
For the safety of all: pickups with extended beds, extended cabs, dual wheels, and equipped with tow bars and extended rear luggage carriers are to park in the north side rear of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes, buses, rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere and are subject to tow at the renter’s expense.
