Unsere 2-stöckige Wohnung bietet jedem Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Vollbad sowie ein WC im ersten Stock. Wir haben eine zweite Wohnung in der gleichen Anlage, die die gleiche Größe, Grundriss und Kosten hat, nur unterschiedliche Einrichtung. Es gibt eine Wäscherei im ersten Stock sowie eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Service für 12 Personen.

Wir haben eine WLAN-Internetverbindung für Sie im geräumigen Wohnzimmer eingerichtet, die eine sehr private Naturkulisse überblickt. Trinken Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee auf unserer überdachten Veranda oder genießen Sie unser volles Deck zum Grillen auf dem Gasgrill und genießen Sie einen Besuch am Terrassentisch in einer baumbestandenen Umgebung. Sie können einen kurzen Spaziergang durch die Bäume zum State Park und zum 3 km langen, wunderschönen Strand des Lake Michigan mit den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen von Little Traverse Bay machen. Biker und Wanderer genießen den State Park sowie den Little Traverse Wheel Way, der direkt an unserer Anlage verläuft. Wir machen eine monatliche Miete, außer in den geschäftigen Sommermonaten, die maximal 2 Wochen beträgt.

Great place, Great location!

I stayed a couple nights with a friend and it was just what we needed and wanted. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and it was conveniently located between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. We easily did a day trip to Mackinac Island. It has everything you need!

Nice floor plan, good size bedrooms with private baths.

This is as close as you can get to the State Park. We would stay there again. The surfaces that matter were clean, ie toilets, shower, kitchen surfaces, and refrigerator. The powder room floor had some cobwebs, and artificial plants had some accumulated dust. The blind in the kitchen had one missing strap. View from condo is close tall trees in the back and parking lot in front. Each room had its own portable AC vented out the window. The one in our bedroom was loud but didn’t bother us. It was white noise. The east bedroom could use a sun blocking shade. I rated 4 stars but with a little more cleaning would have been 5 stars. Very convenient to wherever you want to go and private. We heard no noise from other condos.

Nice stay in a wonderful area

This is a fairly priced property located right next to the State Park and equidistant to Petoskey and Harbor Springs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice condo/great location

We came to Petoskey to bicycle. The location of the condo is right on the Little Traverse Wheelway and an easy ride to the Tunnel of Trees. Condo was clean and well equipped. Easy check in and great communication with owner. Plan on staying again.

Great Set Up

Great place for a golf trip, everything you need is within a 10 minute drive. The place looks just like the pictures and is very quiet. Good communication with the hosts! Will likely be back.

Location, location, location

This is our third time staying at Bob and Hazel‘s rental. Two times at their other condo in the same complex. First time in this condo. Condo is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Best of all for me is the location being right next to the State Park, you can walk down to the beach or into the park from the condo, no car needed. Across the condo complex is a great market for your grocery needs (huge selection on beer and wine), a bakery, and down the road a brewery with more walking trails next to it. The condo is located right between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Just great location overall. Will be back again for sure.

Nice enough for a quick weekend trip

The condo is clean. The description is slightly misleading as it says there are three bedrooms. There are two bedrooms and additional sleeping space in living room. It worked out fine but we were counting on that 3rd bedroom. The condo could use a facelift...kitchen cabinets have some peeling paint and appliances are clearly not new but they did work (didn't use stove). Master bedroom pillows are super firm bordering on hard so consider taking your own. Clean place but nothing fancy.

Clean and comfortable

Ideal for 2 couples. The kitchen was well-equipped and all appliances worked as expected. The condo photos on-line were accurate. There were a couple minor maintenance issues, but they didn’t impact our stay or affect our overall rating. This property is a good value.

The Michigan Experience

This was a great place for a home base of Michigan adventures. The property was just as described, very well stocked with essentials, and we appreciated the extra notes around the condo with directions. I would definitely stay again and strongly recommend it!

Great location but outdated, dirty, and smelly

This condo is in a great location between Petoskey and Harbor Springs and right next to the great Petoskey State Park beach. The owner was easy to deal with and provided good instructions and the check in process was easy. This condo is very dated and really showing its age. The price was lower than other comparable properties in the area so we expected that it wouldn’t be as updated and we were ok with that for the price. However, the condo was very dirty and smelly. There were cobwebs all over inside, along the walls and all over on the stairs up to the bedrooms. There was also a strong musty smell, especially on the first floor, that really bothered my wife’s asthma. She wasn’t able to spend any time on the first floor and had to stay in the bedroom upstairs with the window open whenever we were there. This property definitely needs to be cleaned much more thoroughly on a consistent basis.

Perfect location for beachgoing and biking

We really enjoyed that the bike trails were easily accessible from the condo, and that there was access to the state park beach through the park’s service drive. There was an issue with the cleaning service, but Hazel responded to this promptly and courteously.

We are empty nesters who love to travel, hike, golf and enjoy our 9 grandchildren. We are retired from an education/coaching career and a 39 year real estate career. We have been coming to this area of Michigan for many years. We currently live in the Kansas City area but spend as much time as possible among our condo's in Michigan, Branson, MO and Ruidoso, NM all of which we rent out when ever we are our family is not using them. We purchased this second condo in this complex, with the idea in mind that we will spend more time up there upon retirement. We have been renting our vacation condo's since 2006 when the one in Branson, Mo. as our first.

We had a favorite Aunt who had lived in Petoskey since the 1950's and have enjoyed the area since childhood. We still have some family in the area. In looking for a place to buy, as a real estate agent, I know to look for location, location, location. This complex fit our needs and desires perfectly. We loved it's treed location next to the state park & beach and being a short but equal distance from downtown Petoskey and downtown Harbor Springs. We never tire of the area's activities and attractions. We enjoy the scenic drives, inland lakes, beaches, Petoskey stone hunting, Mackinaw City & Island, and the natural beauty of the upper peninsula.
