There are not a lot of places in America that can combine urban and mountain experiences as well as Denver and nearby metropolitan cities which includes Lakewood, CO. Like many cities, expect to see some homelessness.

This listing is 3 adjacent full 2 bed/1 bath suites on a large privately owned and managed property. The home is great for a large group of up to 10 guests. It is close to public transit, stores, parks, restaurants, coffee shops & dispensaries. 10 minutes from the Mile High Broncos Stadium and closer to multiple hospitals for the traveling nurse professional. Minutes from Downtown Denver (which houses 50+ independently owned CO restaurants/boutiques/activities!). Convenient to DIA, light rail & bus lines.

Quality School districts (JEFFCO Public Schools). Easy commute to nearby campuses and hospitals/healthcare facilities for those in or working at the schools or seeking medical treatment (or working at the healthcare facilities) respectively.

We have many parks nearby; Aviation Park, Morse Park Neighborhood, James J. Richey Park, Edgewater State Park, Citizens Park pavilion, Citizens Park, Memorial Park and Spring Ridge Park. • No 3rd Party booking. No unregistered overnight guests. Max - 10 guests. A small fee charged after 6 guests.
• Locals staying overnight MUST provide ID before stay and must complete an applicant-paid rental screening if staying for 4 plus nights (total or consecutive).
• Booking Requirements:
o Applicant-paid rental screening (LOCALS).
 No evictions within the last seven years, proof of employment and verifiable income: GROSS income of 2X the monthly rent. Portable tenant screening report prepared by a consumer reporting agency, within the last 30 days accepted. Such report must be made directly available to the landlord by the agency at the tenant’s request and expense.
o Govt. Issued ID: All adults on the reservation.
o Lease Agreement: A lease agreement (1 night or 29 plus nights).
o Damage Deposit: $1800 refundable. An additional $600 refundable for those traveling with pets (up to 2).

• $375 cleaning fee up to 30 nights. Fee prorated at $12.50 per night for stays over 30 nights.

• SNOW REMOVAL DURING WINTER: Complimentary and limited to driveway. Schedule varies and is determined by the service provider. Shovels provided.

• Part of the home is a Garden Level apartment. These are not for everyone and sensitivity to noise and other elements differs between guests. White noise machines provided in bedrooms, but if noise or other element is a concern, please consider any of our upper-level units.
• As with many Garden Level Apartments, suite (35B) can get cold. For guest comfort, we provide extra blankets, space heaters and advise shutting off AC vents which works for most. If unsure, please consider booking our other suites instead.
