Beautiful tri-level house in a peaceful neighborhood located 7 minutes from Notre Dame. This 3 bed, 2.5 bath will comfortably sleep 10 people and is the perfect weekend getaway for groups of friends or families to attend football games, sporting events, parent's weekend, graduation, and more! The house has almost 2,000 sq ft to stretch out as well as a huge backyard for tailgating and fun. The house sits on a .5 acre lot and has a beautiful front and backyard. Not only does staying here put you in very close proximity to Notre Dame, but also various strip malls, shopping centers and restaurants. University mall is a 4 min drive down the street and Costco (6 min), Wal-Mart (7 min), Meijer (7 min), Whole Foods (8 min) Starbucks (8 min), Chick-fil-a (4 min), Olive Garden (5 min), Portillo's (8 min), Longhorn Steakhouse (6 min), Ruth's Chris (8 min) and more are also in the vicinity if you are looking to get groceries or go out for a bite to eat.

Top floor - Three bedrooms and one full bathroom. All three bedrooms have a queen bed and one room also has a day bed.

Middle floor - Living room with 12 ft sectional couch and 65' Roku smart TV, full kitchen, large dining room, and a half bath.

Bottom floor - Large den with queen bed, one rollaway, and full bathroom. The den also has two comfy couches and small Roku smart TV.

The backyard is huge and has plenty of space for grilling, tailgating, and games. The house will have a fire pit and chairs for football season.
