Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Beautiful home

We had a great time staying at this place. The location is perfect and the home is beautiful. It was big enough to accommodate 3 families with children. The movie theater and the game room was a game changer for my son and his friends. They pretty much lived in there the whole time we were there. (Bring your own video games). The kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms stocked well, beautiful views from every room. There were few things that needed attention but it was easy to over look. We will definitely go back again.

Great stay!

Property was large, clean, and full of activities. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and accommodating for our requests. The location was amazing and we managed to use our rental cars to go to and from the slopes with ease. Highly recommend this property!

The perfect home away from home

My daughter was getting married and we needed a large house for our family to stay at. This property was exactly what we were looking for. So much room and with three floors, everyone could have their own privacy when needed. The pool table/ping pong table, along with the other games were a huge hit. The kitchen had every single thing we needed when cooking our meals. The jacuzzi was amazing and worked perfectly with no issues. The views from the front and back porch were breathtaking. Very short drive to downtown, which was extremely convenient for us. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this property for anyone that needs a magical experience In Breckinridge!
