Within 10 miles of your stay, enjoy visiting the Gulf Shores Public Beach, Gulf State Park Pier, Craft Farms Golf Club, and the Wharf Amphitheater. Additionally, right at your stay, you'll have access to a shared pool.
Full of light and high-rise views, the interior of Compass Point, Unit 410 boasts a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen. When you aren't hanging out on the comfortable seating in the living room, head for the large balcony to feel the ocean breeze.
Before crawling under the bedroom's soft linens each evening, tune the central air-conditioning to your liking and throw your swimsuits in the private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Please note that there is ongoing construction at Compass Point which impacts all units on site. Construction workers will be present during standard working hours, they may need access into units at times when necessary, and construction-related noise is to be expected. Construction equipment will also be present, which can block the parking area, views from your unit's window or balcony, or block the balcony access completely. Parking may be limited. The construction work will also block some access points, which will be rerouted as needed. Temporary walkways and railings are safe to use as instructed, and we ask that you do not enter restricted areas. Amenities may be closed as needed for construction, including the pools, grilling area, and Lagoon access.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
