Unser Stadthaus hat alles, was Sie brauchen, damit Sie sich wohl fühlen, glücklich und entspannen!

Unser Haus ist wunderschön dekoriert mit einem luxuriösen Stil, mit brandneuen, gute Qualität und bequeme Betten, Sofas, Ess-und Garten-Set.

In den Schlafzimmern finden Sie eine perfekte Mischung aus Komfort und Privatsphäre, auch mit technischer Note. Jeder von ihnen hat Platz für 3 Personen mit einem König oder Königin Bett und ein Zwilling, wobei alle von ihnen semi orthopädischen Betten. Jedes Zimmer hat ihre Handtücher und die Betten sind schon mit unseren bequemen Bettwäsche fertig. Auch jedes Zimmer hat ein volles Luxus-Badezimmer und einen Schrank oder einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank für die Platzierung aller Ihre Sachen und Gepäck. Für die Damen: mach dir keine Sorgen, wir haben schon einen Fön dort gelassen;) falls du es brauchst. Für die Gentlemen: Wir haben in jedem Zimmer eine große Leinwand geführt Smart TV auf Ihre Internet-Kanäle, Geschäfte und Apps und natürlich Kabel-TV zugreifen. Im Master-Zimmer haben Sie das Vergnügen, einen Balkon mit Meerblick und auch den Blick auf unseren schönen Garten zu haben.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, von den grundlegenden Sachen (Geschirr und Gläser) bis hin zu den Dingen, die Sie brauchen, um Ihr Lieblingsessen (Pfannen, Töpfe, Kochutensilien, Whisky-Gläser, Weingläser und Sektgläser, Kühler, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster vorzubereiten , etc)

Unser Familienzimmer ist perfekt, um mit Familie, Freunden oder Ihrem bedeutenden anderen mit einem Wiedersehen, einer Party, einem Abendessen oder einfach nur entspannen zu genießen.

Unsere Terrasse ist der perfekte Ort, um ein Frühstück zu bekommen, oder genießen Sie ein Gespräch mit der fast kontinuierlichen Meeresbrise, die unseren Standort in Aruba bietet. Dies ist mit einem schönen Speisesaal-Set und Liegestühlen ausgestattet (perfekt, um diese Macht Nickerchen Sie brauchen, um die Nacht zu genießen).

We had a lovely stay at Jardines del Mar! The location is fantastic and the property grounds are very nicely maintained. The condo could use a few updates (e.g. a bit more cutlery and some new pillows), but nothing that had a negative impact on our stay. Thank you, Enzo! We had a wonderful time in Aruba!

Wonderful stay in Aruba

Chantel met us promptly and gave us some tips about what was in the area and instructions on WiFi on the island. The condo was clean and well appointed as advertised. Eagle Beach is a 5 minute walk and the Coco Loco is right on the beach for food and drinks. Sunsets were breathtaking. Grocery store is a 5 minute drive. We would recommend exploring the island and going south to explore the street murals. We did a sail and snorkel excursion which was a hit. We saw a sea turtle which was a big treat! We would stay here again and are looking forward to coming back in the future.

Just a short walk to the ocean

Safe gated facility, unit is very quiet. Great smoothie place next door. Right across the street from the hospital, pharmacy is 5 minute walk away. Grounds were well kept, pool was just the right temp.

Excellent Location

This was our second time to Aruba but first time with our kids. The house was great and located right near the beach. You can easily walk but we drove over and parking was a breeze. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of towels and blankets. The AC worked great! They had beach chairs and a rolling cooler with an ice maker by the pool. TV’s in bedrooms and living room. We rented an umbrella on the beach for $35. Its breezy so a cheap umbrella will not work. There is a beach bar with food at the beach. We ate nearby the house and also drove to Noord about 10 minutes away. Great food everywhere. You feel very safe as well. There was a whole island power outage that lasted about 2 hrs and the property manager notified us right away. Overall it was perfect. Highly recommend staying there.

Great Team

The property owner and local host make a great team. The manager met us onsite and gave us a quick intro. Both people reached out within a day or two to check in. The on location host was available via text and always replied immediately to questions. The two bedrooms were great give the kids their own room. Eagle beach was walking distance and had condo has a nice pool if you prefer no sand. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, and containers for leftovers. Multiple local grocery stores and restaurants if you don't want to cook. Highly recommend Enzo, Chantel, and this location!

Air conditioners not controlled- either cold or had to turn off - no temp control: Linens old : refrigerator bottom not cooling properly- we lost our perishables of meats , milk, etc: Only 3 food forks with 4 of us: Shower in 2nd bedroom was lukewarm warm at best: All this was reported to host but nothing done!!!

41st Anniversary

Chantal, the host, was very helpful and accommodating. She was present when we arrived and had a bottle of wine for us to celebrate our anniversary. She also assisted us with getting a taxi to the airport to obtain a rental car. After a couple of days, we discovered a car was necessary to see the island. There was some renovations going on outside in the parking area, that made it a little tight parking. The neighborhood was safe and secured with a gate.

ideally located Eagle Beach condo

The property was perfectly located about 4 mins walk to Eagle Beach. Very nice outside patio space on ground floor and the shared pool was just steps away. A few minor issues that Chantal, the property manager, quickly addressed. Polite and informative taxis to and from the airport made it simple and easy. A lounge chair/bed on the main floor balcony and a chair on the master balcony would be nice enhancements but certainly not a deal breaker! We'd recommend the property and appreciate the responsiveness and kindness of Chantal and the owner.

Nice villa close the the beach.

It is a short walk from the villa to beautiful Eagle beach. The villa is clean and everything you need for an enjoyable stay is provided. Lovely grounds surrounding a small pool. Very quiet at night. If you like to walk there are a number of restaurants near by.

Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed our stay so much. The only complaints I had was that the listing is misleading in regards to amenities offered. Some of the amenities(extra beach towels, washer/dryer,grill) are only available at an extra cost. The property manager did work with us in regards to this issue but It should say an extra fee for these items in the listing so that it is known. Also, the hot water was pretty much nonexistent but it did feel fine after being at the beach all day. Finally, the beach chairs were very old and some were broken. I was lucky because my sister had extra chairs in her condo that I was able to borrow for the beach. Overall, we were very happy with our place and enjoyed our stay. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Excellent Location

The condo is in an excellent location to walk to the beach (1 block) and to many outstanding restaurants. The condo is in a gate condo community with a pool. The condo itself was roomy and private enough for two couples. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, King/Queen bed along with a single bed and TV's. Downstairs had a kitchen, dining and living area. Outside the living room was a patio to have cocktails in the evening. We shopped at two stores for groceries, beer and wine: Ling and Sons and Super Store. Both store were too far to walk (my opinion). We ate at the following restaurants that are in walking distance; Screaming Eagle, Waters Edge, Pizza Bobs, Elliot's Italian and Ricardo's and either drove to or took the bus to; Aqua Grill, Flying Fishbone and El Gaucho. Along the beach at night we went to the Casino and Elements Bar. Over all I highly recommend this condo for its location and privacy.

Awesome Place to Stay!

What an awesome place to stay for vacation! My wife and daughter and I truly enjoyed staying at Enzo’s clean and comfortable home in a gated community for 1 full week in June 2018. Enzo’s home is a wonderful balance between privacy (well away from the hotel chaos) and convenient to access Eagle beach (a 4 minute walk away). The house was well furnished and had a relaxing patio (both in the lower floor and master bedroom) to enjoy the daily Aruba breeze. We initially thought we were booking a hotel room, but were pleasantly surprised to see 2 large separate upstairs spacious bedrooms (each with its own full bathroom), a fully furnished living area, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a downstairs half bathroom. Enzo e-mailed me a few times during the vacation to see if we had questions, and ensure we were enjoying our stay. We would swim at Eagle beach during the day, and enjoy the community pool, typically after 5 til sunset. The comfortable home was well maintained. This townhouse easily helped provide an intrinsically pleasant and awesome atmosphere to truly enjoy our Aruba vacation!

Wonderful place just off Eagle Beach

We enjoyed our stay in Aruba at Enzo's condo! We rented a car so it was easy to get around. Dirima keeps the grounds well maintained, check in and out were very easy. They provided pack n plays and a high chair as described. There were chairs outside to enjoy the patio area. All beach necessities were provided and perfect for us! Basic kitchen appliances- coffee maker, toaster were great for morning breakfasts. The grocery store was a short drive or long walk away. I would recommend renting a small car as the condo is just far enough from everything, or you'll be taking plenty of cabs. We rented a car as we also had babies with us and it worked out just fine (Ricky from Wheels2Go was great!!). We took a drive to baby beach. And also HIGHLY recommend Flying Fishbone. I did not realize how pricey all food was on the island. But it's an island, so they have to import everything. The only issue we had (was our own problem!) was the babies and the stairs- going upstairs doesn't have railings. We just put the kitchen stools at the bottom so we weren't so worried about them climbing. Overall a comfortable place to stay! Thank you! Aruba is One Happy Island, and it did not dissappoint!!

Enzo's house in Aruba was perfect for us.

Your house in Aruba was great. It was very clean and cool when we arrived. The location is perfect. It is near all the main activity but not right in the middle of it. This makes it quiet, but still an easy access to everything on the island. The house is well furnished; we had everything we needed. It is spacious and comfortable. The patio is lovely and also well furnished, including a ceiling fan, which is very useful in the hot, humid Aruba weather. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained, and so is the pool area. WiFi in the house was strong and always available. We did not try using WiFi in the common areas. We sometimes (not always) had problems accessing hot water and regulating the AC, but I suspect that was due to our not understanding the Aruban bathroom fixtures and AC remote controls. Ms Dirima did come and help us with the AC and had to change out one of the remote controls. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

It was just ok

The home does not have any smoke alarms. The sliding glass door in the master bedroom did not open. The sliding door in the living room was very hard to open. The parking space was very tight. There was mold at the bottom of the master shower door. The pool was very dirty. We could not swim in it. The rest of the house was clean.

Clean and great communication!

This was our first time visiting Aruba and despite a run-in with a lionfish at Arashi Beach, we had a really lovely time. Enzo's condo is centrally located and an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. We did end up renting a car so that we could lug snorkeling gear and check out other beaches beyond Eagle Beach. And it helped for grocery runs. Don't make the mistake of walking to Ling & Sons in the morning sun, with 2 children. There's a sidewalk up until the highway, a mad dash across it, and then cutting through store parking lots if you walk. It took us nearly an hour with a 5 minute cab ride back. The condo itself was clean with an open layout, a little deck for breakfasts and easy dinners, and within earshot of the pool. Wifi in the home and pool area worked very well. And be sure to look for the ice maker next to the pool. It was a great help for packing the cooler (provided!) for the beach. We neglected to pay the additional fee to use the washer and worked it out with Enzo and Ms. Dirima onsite. Our clothes were dry in less than a day given the Aruban wind and sun. Best of all, we enjoyed the little beach bar on Eagle Beach where locals welcomed us to their Father's Day celebration. The kids danced to local bands, there was a roast pig, and a 68 year old man kissed me on the cheek after declaring Aruba to be the best island in the Caribbean. We couldn't agree more.

Amazing Owner-can't wait to come to visit

Unfortunately due to illness my husband and I needed to cancel our trip in the fall which we had scheduled in February. I was blown away by Enzo's kindness throughout the process. Vacation Paradise!

This was our third visit to Enzo's condo, and we had a wonderful vacation. It offers the perfect balance of comfort and privacy while being close to a wonderful beach, shopping and other amenities. We do not bother renting a car, as we like to walk. Eagle Beach is an easy 3 minute stroll, which we take in daily, with the beach chairs and towels provided in the condo. I love to walk through the hotel and time share district in the mornings, before the sun reaches its peak, and both large grocery stores are accessible on foot - Ling & Sons (which we love for the extensive meat/seafood selection) and Super Foods (which offers amazing Dutch cheeses and specialty products). While at the condo, we spend most of our time on the shaded patio enjoying the climate and our meals, and this year we enjoyed the new Smart TV in the living room to watch Netflix and YouTube concerts in the evenings. This condo can't be beat in terms of convenience, comfort and value. Once you've experienced Eagle Beach, you'll know you've found Paradise!

Third Stay - Love x 3!

Enzo's townhouse was a beautiful surprise our first year, and it just gets better and better. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Eagle Beach. He is uniquely detailed and attentive throughout the booking process, and he and concierge Dirima are responsive anytime during your stay. The photos say it all. The kitchen is well equipped, extra linens ready, beach towels, chairs and coolers... It is the best of luxury design and casual comfort. You can walk to the beach, but we rent a car to carry chairs & cooler. You can walk to nearby restaurants and shops, but supermarkets and island exploring require a taxi or car. Note that major appliances are European, but Dirima can quickly show you how to operate them, if you need. What more can we say, except please don't rent our favorite weeks next year! LOL.

Terrific

We were very happy with the places. There were 7 of us including a baby and two grandmas. The place was very nice and clean. The unit had everything we need for cooking. The cable was great. There were 3 great channels for cartoon which is perfect for our toddler. it is only 5 minutes walk to the beach. There is a resort nearby where we normally went for happy hours and watched the sunset. Our daughter loved the pool and it's never too crowded and we liked it that way. The location is quiet by 10 PM. Great for family and elderly. The beach was also not in the crowded area and quite serene. Ms Dirima was very helpful. There also maintenance/care taker who came to fix things for us in timely manner. The one thing we didn't like was that they were doing some painting on the patio during our stay and it took a number of days. One day to scrape old paint, one/two days to patch, 1-2 days to paint. There weren't big paint job yet, it took several days. So, we had to keep moving our stuff/cloth rack in and out of the house. There were also some fixing in the next unit with the drill and it happened during the day - good thing that my baby is a good sleeper so that didn't bother her as much but it took a bit longer for her to go to sleep. The walls are very thin so we could hear the drill very well. I guess this maybe just a bad timing for us but it's not a deal breaker. We would consider staying at this place again.
